great customer service, great peace of mind

I like knowing that my dog and I are in good hands. this time was stressful enough and embrace allowed me to worry only about my dog, not the money.

Great Claims Service

Our dog Niko was hit by a car a week ago. The Trupion team was excellent and handling our calls / claims. They were so understanding and compassionate with Niko's accident. They processed the claim within days and kept us informed by email every step of the way. We've never had to put in a claim and hope never to put one in again however dealing with Trupanion was excellent. I'd recommend them to anyone looking for pert insurance. Great company, great people!! Bruno and Maria Panzica

very good

I have a six month old yellow lab. I had no idea she would come up with the medical problems she has had. My puppy has had three different claims due to giardia, hip dysplasia, and ingestion of chocolate. I have been very pleased with the prompt processing and payments made by trupanion. I hope she grows up without any more problems but im very grateful for my pet insurance because i love her enough to provide the care she needs.

As Usual, The Best

We appreciate the prompt responses we receive from Embrace. As I've mentioned before, we own a dog grooming shop in Florida and always refer customers to your company. I hope some take advantage.

Make a sad puppy HAPPY again!

In March 2011 our 10 month old Lab/German Shepard puppy started having loose stool and slight lack of appetite. After about 3 days of this, I took her to the vet and took an exray to make sure she hadn't eaten anything that she shouldn't, no she did not. He also took some blood. Her tests came back fine so he treated her for colitis (bad spelling, sorry). She was on antibiotics for a while and white rice and grilled chicken diet for about a week. Once her stool was solid we slowly added back dog food. She has been fine since. We submitted all the forms to the ASPCA insurance and they paid the claim according to our contract. Well worth having the insurance for the peace of mind, especially with a curious puppy. Thank you ASPCA. Debbie Londeck
