Honest, Efficient, Friendly...Amazing!

I wish all companies were as honest, friendly, and efficient as Healthy Paws! When my boxer puppy, Nina, fell sick to severe pneumonia and then bordatella at only a few months old, I was so worried about our medical bills for her. How could we afford over $1,000 in hospitalization and treatment for her? Thank God Healthy Paws reimbursed us VERY quickly. Their team is so caring and they genuinely care about my dog. I never have to deal with typical customer service issues I experience with other companies...I don't think I have ever waited on hold when contacting Healthy Paws, and THEY contact ME to check up on my dog. This company has excellent communication with me, and submitting a claim is so EASY. I thought the claim process would be complicated but it was as simple as completing a brief form and mailing it in. It's a wonderful experience, and I am so pleased with this insurance company. I will never use another company. My dog is so important to me, and her health is a priority for me. If you want a quick turnaround time with your claims, friendly customer service, and an affordable monthly fee, sign up for Healthy Paws. They truly are the best! My little Nina agrees. :)

Embrace is Excellent!!!

Embrace insurance is definitely worth the price. I purchased a basic annual plan from Embrace for $500, which covered my 10 month old puppy for only accidents and sickness. Just three weeks later, I was informed my puppy had Entropion. She received corrective surgery just days later. I submitted my claim to Embrace and received an email, directly from the Embrace representative assigned to process my claim, who provided me with the status of my claim. In just two weeks, Embrace completed my claim and deposited my 80% reimbursement directly into my bank account. Just a few months later, my dog was seriously injured by a car. Her injuries required emergency care, an MRI, CAT scan, several specialists, and medical follow-ups. I again went through the claim process, outlined above, without hassle. In fact, the Embrace representative handling my claim even took the initiative to inform me of the variety of physical therapy options that were covered by my insurance plan (including acupuncture). Needless to say as a first year policy holder I managed to rack up quite a large reimbursement bill for Embrace, roughly $10,000 in total. So I sure that that either I would be dropped or my annual premium would be substantially raised the following year. To my surprise, Embrace offered me a renewal for the exact price I had paid the previous year. Needless to say, Embrace has vastly exceeded my expectations.

A great savings account!

Lili had a severe respiratory illness and was confined for about two weeks at the Vet. She came through just fine, but it was an expensive course of treatment. The insurance paid well. The bill would have been about the same as the annualized premium, however, I know I would have never saved this money. So this was like a savings plan! I am very pleased.

Thanks for being there to help!

Be sure you have your insurance form handy; Have an Emergency Pet Service number handy & don't forget to take the form along for the Vet to fill in.

A little relief from high vet bills

Like most dog owners, we are willing to spend whatever it takes to give our pet the best quality care. ASPCA pet insurance helps us do just that. In these tough times it's good to know there is some relief from high vet bills. I only have had one claim, but I have found the service to be quick, kind and as I had hoped.

The only insurance company I would use

We are owners and breeders of Newfoundland dogs. We currently have 10 dogs living in our house. We had looked into buying health insurance for our dogs a few years ago, however none of the plans would allow me to pay an affordable amount for a high deductible ($1000). We had hoped that buying insurance on my dogs meant that we would never need to use it. Unfortunately, about a week after our waiting period on of our girls developed pyometra (infection of the uterus). Her case was very severe and required over $7000 in surgeries and intensive care. I was just notified by email that the claims we have submitted will be paid. Thank you Embrace, our girl is doing great. We had excellent vets and now we are breathing a sigh of releif that we made an excellent choice in choosing Embrace pet insurance.

Consultation fee not included

I was happy with the overall process. The one thing i don't like is that they don't include the consultation/exam/recheck fee as part of the bill, but i will just lower my deductible and it'll be even.

plesantly surprised by how much has been covered

Pets Best has been a lifesaver...literially. My dog has had major issues and without Pets Best Insurance, I don't know how we would manage the expenses to be able keep her alive. When we got the insurance we were apprehensive and imagined that there would be more exclusions that inclusions. That has not been the case. Pets Best Insurance has been terrific, thank goodness we made the investment
