My interaction with Carla, as with all Trupanion agents, was absolutely delightful. Carla is extremely knowledgeable, answered my questions with ease and an obvious display of excellence in her expertise. Carla has a lovely and caring disposition and is a pleasure to speak with. Fortunately and thank G-d, I have not had to use Trupanion for any issues with my little lover Beajou who is also my Medical Alert dog for my epilepsy. However, on several occasions I have made inquiries about a possible health issue regarding Beajou and each time I was told my policy covered each concern. Trupanion's coverage is extremely comprehensive and I feel a great ease knowing my little girl is in excellent and competent hands. May you all be safe and healthy. Trupanion, the best decision made.
I have been extremely pleased with the service provided by Trupanion, and have initiated very honest feedback reviews on any site that reviews pet insurance. You allowed us to keep our beautiful girl with us a lot longer then I would have been able to if I didn't have pet insurance. She was struggling with two terminal illnesses in the last 2 years and trupanion was there with me a hundred percent. Thank you from the bottom of my heart..
