Sincere, caring, true to their word - the best!
I have 2 rescue cats, who are now 4 & 5 years old. I had researched several pet insurance companies when they were kittens but could never make a decision because of all the confusing contractual jargon of what "might" be covered and more of what would not. This is the first company that clearly defines their policy. I called and spoke directly to the Claims Manager who patiently and willingly answered all my questions. I made my decision and purchased policies for both of my babies and so thankful I did. My little boy became surprisingly ill very shortly after. Since Healthy Paws had previously reviewed his records, his claims were processed quickly and with no hassle whatsoever. Even before his sickness, I had referred the Healthy Paws web links to friends, family, and co-workers with my recommendations. I will now be telling everyone I come in contact with who have furry family members, to look into and buy this protection for the peace of mind they deserve!

Amazing Customer Service
We have received nothing but great customer service from Embrace. The constant communication on the status of our claims has been amazing. Also, whenever I have had to call with a question or clarification, I received the information needed in a timely and efficient manner. We breed & show Greater Swiss Mountain Dogs and we recommend that all of our new puppy owners seek insurance with Embrace.

VERY fast service
When Luka sustained a bite to the face with a deep laceration near her eye, she required emergency treatment at a vet facility I've not used before. Healthy Paws said there is no problem with using a new facility, particularly during emergencies, and they promptly reimbursed me for the treatment. Thank you, Healthy Paws! Luka is healing up nicely and is feeling much better!

My experience wit Embrance
I had use it for 4 years, since we arrived to US. Thanks to god we did not use a lot, just last couple of months when my best friend Vinicus dog got sick and died. Wehave receive prompot payment for all reimbursement, they also made me feel like a friend and not just a customer. Repgards Ruben

Embrace lives up to its name!
After having Embrace for about 7 months, I noticed my 4 year old chocolate lab was beginning to limp. She ended up needing a TPLO knee surgery for a torn cruciate ligament. It cost $3000! Thankfully Embrace reimbursed us around $2, 650! The customer service is great and I always receive my claim checks within 7-10 days.

Be Wary
I would ask that you be very careful before signing up. Their promise of not increasing premiums annually is bogus. My dogs' premium increased 52%. They do not do what they say they are going to do. My dog was enrolled at 8 weeks as a perfectly healthy pet. She was then spayed at an appropriate age. Shortly after that she began having urinary tract infections, Trupanion has denied EVERY claim as "symptoms" do not match "diagnosis". We have filed 4 claims - each denied for the same reason.

No worries!
I have been greatful I have ASPCA Pet Insurance. My Brittany became very sick over the July 4th Holidays and I took him to two animal hospital that weekend fearing for his life. Not once did I worry about the monry for his care I just did what ever I need to do to insure that he got his needed care. I knew in the back of my mind that after I met the deductable that 80% of his bill would be covered, which it was. Thank you for saving Lucky's life.

Glad to have the ASPCA pet insurance
I purchased the insurance for my 2 adopted kittens 3 years ago because I've had pets in the past that had their share of troubles and always had to foot the entire vet bill which was financially difficult. Recently one of my cats had a rather strange problem in that he ate a plastic grocery bag and it, of course, resulted in an intestinal blockage. It also happened over a holiday which required a stay at an emergency vet clinic. Having the ASPCA insurance gave me peace of mind that I could get him the care he needed to recover. I didn't get 100% back, but it certainly was worth the monthly premiums. My claim was handled quickly, and the reimbursement explanation was thorough and easy to understand. Thanks, ASPCA!
