The company did well the first couple of claims. They were quick and accurate. The past few clams not! I am still waiting for resolution of claim from 12/28.24. Also, not sure why claim was not paid for a Urine Analysis. I understand no pre-existing conditions, but a dog can get an infection anytime.

Embrace is the easiest insurance company I have dealt with. The process to submit a claim online is very easy and I usually have my reimbursement direct-deposited the next day.
