Great Pet Insurance
We haven't had any problems with this insurance. We have had them for a couple of years now for both our dogs and we send our claim in and normally receive an email with a day or two letting me know they have received my paper work. And i will then normally here from them with a week or two that my claim has been processed. I also had a dog pass away under this ins. and everyone was so thoughtful and caring, they called us to see how we were doing and sent a sympathy card also. A very caring company. Would recommend them.

I have never had an insurance claim handled this quickly and with such kind messages and follow up. I wish they took humans in this plan! This was major surgery to remove items our puppy swallowed and repair intestines. $3200 claim.

Our pets are part of our family, and Trupanion ensures that we can care for them as part of our family. We do not hesitate to take care of our pets knowing that we have a Trupanion policy. Claims are easy to submit, and if you do everything via e-mail, they keep you updated on the process. They are a pleasure to deal with over the phone if you have any questions. I recommend a "zero" deductible, as each condition requires that you meet the deductible. It pays for itself if you have more than one condition in a year.

Great insurance .So glad I have embrace for our Little LLlasa apso Our dog is 6 years old and suddenly got very sick with a fever hterrible abdominal pain ands Would not eat or drink When I brought her to the vet they Immediately started I've antibiotics fluids And she had to be admitted right away She had terrible abdominal pain and needed x rays Which revealed quite a bit of inflammation Anyway I knew that the bill going to be high I sent my claim in right away and received my Claim decision within two weeks I received more 572.00. And my bil was 960.00 I have a 200.00 deductible yearly I was very happy with my reimbursed amount I would recommend embrace insurance To anyone with a pet!
