Great customer service
We have had Embrace pet insurance for our puppy Bernese Mtn Dog for about 10 months now and they have been great! They are really fast at turning claims around and always confirm when they have received or paid a claim. They have very personal and prompt customer service. They offer coverage for genetic issues that a lot of other companies barely pay anything for. I hopefully will never need to use that coverage but its nice to know its there if anything ever arises. I would highly recommend them to anyone considering insurance.

Trupanion has always been so positive to deal with as a pet insurance company! I have submitted claims and they have always been dealt with in a fast and efficient manner. Trupanion never tries to get out of paying a claim either where it is due. this company is the best.

I am extremely happy that I have chosen Embrace for my dog's pet insurance. I have never worked with a company that is so accommodating. I've never have a problem with any of my claims.
