So worth it!
I couldn’t be more happy I got Nationwide pet insurance - my pet protection and wellness. It has been amazing for my Great Dane, who has a hefty bill anytime she goes to see the vet. My only complaint is I didn’t get it sooner! They cover everything, as long as it isn’t pre-existing, and make the cost of owning an animal so much more affordable. Their online app with claim filing makes the process so easy and straightforward. Reimbursement is quick and easy.

Best thing we did for our senior dog
Getting Nationwide's Pet Insurance is one of the best things we did for our senior dog, wish we had done it sooner! 9 months after getting the insurance our poor pup had a major injury which required several surgery's. Nationwide was easy to submit claims to and very fast on payment. I told my husband, I bet they will cancel us next year because we have been so costly to them...but no, we were not cancelled and our premium did not go up anymore than it would have without any injuries! We highly recommend Nationwide! Thank you for helping us take care of our furry family member!

Quick, easy, comparable progeam
I’m pleased to have this coverage for my dog. I’ve just moved and had to find a new vet in a new state. The coverage program offered by the new vet’s office is similar, but wouldn’t go with me if I had to move again. Reimbursement is quick, communication updates Regarding status as my claim moves through the system are appreciated.

Customer for 10+ years
I have been using Pets Best insurance for my pets for over 10 years. I find the method of submitting a claim to be easy. Pets Best recently updated the form for that and it is still relatively easy. This insurance company premiums basically had been on par with some of the other insurance companies. I do have a suggestion regarding pets who are older - perhaps Pets Best decision makers can discuss other options for the elderly pets as it seems as if that insurance payment is more expensive.

Couldn't be happier with this insurance!!!!
We purchased this insurance on or first family pet and I couldn't be happier! The claims are easy to process, payment for the insurance is deducted monthly, claim payment is either sent to an app on my phone or via mail. I purchased the wellness package and have continually been shocked by how much is covered. I would and have highly recommended.

Great Service
I got to test this out on a leg surgery for my young dog and told myself that this would be a good test for Nationwide. I have had this insurance with other dogs since vpi and they payed exactly what they were suppose to. So needless to say they passed the test for major medical. Thank you
