easy, helpful, caring
I have a black long-haired, mixed breed cat named Twack. He had been having repiratory symptoms which are requiring various treatments and tests to resolve. Other than that he is very healthy. Trupanion let me know the status of my claim during the entire process. They called to check in with me and were very helpful with any questions I had. They have covered and are covering every service that has to do with Twack's repiratory symptoms. I am very grateful.

Embrace makes life easier for us ! Besides our poor little Yorkie being sick we did not want the worry of how we would pay the bills - Embrace is caring and concerned about our little man !! As soon as Trupanion recieved the forms from the Vet they processed the claim without delay. When I called before the surgery they answered all of our questions so we had a complete understanding of our coverage.

Good customer service reps
It took a while to get reimbursed for a recent service but all in all everything went well. Previously things had gone more quickly but they explained to me that they were using a new program and it was taking longer to process claims.I thank you again for helping me with my Ziggy and Zoey!

ASPCA Pet Insurance
I have had ASPCA Insurance for over a year now after transferring over from VPI. To date I have encountered multiple issues: Customer Service Phone Line - busy for over 10-15 minutes, requests leave a message, they do not call you back; losing claims - fax confirmation of their receipt of claim, while they don't seem to know where the claim is; no notification of claim status after 2 months; repeated emails and phone calls not answered appropriately by provider. I am sorry that I switched to their insurance.
