Expeditious and professional and fair are my hones
Izzy had a radial and ulner and had to have bone plate surgery. The expenses were huge and necessary so you do what you must for your beloved best friend. I had not heard about the claims after the 4th week. When I called to inquire I was pleasantly suprised later that p.m. what the refund would be. I feel good about making the decision to purchase Embrace as I feel the courteous and professional and ethical servicesurpassed my expectations. I will tell my Vet clinic about it as that is where I picked up the pamphlet more than a year ago.

Great turnaround payment time
My lab/mix dog swallowed a squeeky toy which made him very sick. After xrays , tox screens lab work and IV fluids and then Barium swallow a intestinal obstruction was seen. So with exploratory surgery for a foriegn object Buster has now totally recovered and is his own self again. We had a very good experience with remburstment for 90% of surgery cost,

Wow, I am just so grateful for the health and wellness plan, the dental plan and over all my 80/20 plan for my Ginger. I submitted a claim for a crucial ligament tear in her right knee, I caught it in time we hope, meaning her left knee isn't gone yet. But, the problem was the Dr. has a very tight window for surgeries, as she is the specialist for shepherds in my area. This surgery is expensive and the recovery is slow, but we are going to get through this thanks to Embrace! It is worth the 100.00 I pay each month to know when these things happen, they can happen without question. Thankyou Embrace...

Trupanion responded rapidly in reimbursing us for the expenses of our dog's unexpected illness. Treating the illness took several visits, and Trupanion representatives walked us through what materials we need to submit. They were very prompt at responding to our quesitons and getting us a check.

Happy Great Dane Mommy
The last time I purchased a dog was 11 years ago and pet insurance was not widely known. My family recently purchased a Great Dane puppy and did extensive research in pet insurance and the benefits. Having a family member who has put out over $10,000 in cash for a puppy he got 6 months before us made up our mind. The unfortunate accident that my nephew incountered with his puppy was a deciding factor in us purchasing pet insurance. We did our research and found that Embrace was the best option for us. I wanted a plan that would cover not only accidents but wellness care as well. We are new members of Embrace and have been very pleased with their service. Thank God I've only had to submit wellness claims so far and have been very pleased with their quick response and reimbursment. If you are looking into pet insurance I would highly recommend Embrace for your pet.

Not Recommended
My dog broke her tooth. I looked at my policy which said advance permission was needed for any dental issues. So, I called Embrace, and they said to take go ahead and take her to the vet. The vet recommended a cap on the tooth since it was a canine and dangerous to extract. I submitted the claim to Embrace, who came back to me 3 or 4 times asking for more paperwork. Then refused to pay.

Pets Best Insurance - Awesome
I have a 4 1\2 year old Labradoodle. She tore her cruciate ligament on the left leg last year and needed a TPLO surgery. The vet bill was $3000. Since I had already met my deductible, Pets Best covered all of the bill except for my 20%. She had to undergo the same surgery this month on the other leg and Pets Best covered the surgery again. I file the claims electronically and usually have my money direct deposited within one week.
