I was just a couple of days into a free trial when my puppy became very ill and had to be hospitalized. Trupanion paid 90% of the bill and sent a check within a couple of days of receiving the form. They were wonderful and caring about my pet throughout the process.

PetsBest - perfect name!!
My Aussie Riley just got hit by a car last Thursday. She is going to be fine and thankfully had NO broken bones! My Vet faxed in the claim on Friday and PetsBest deposited the insurance money in my checking account on WEDNESDAY! No muss no Fuss! What a huge help because paying for a $1600 vet bill right after paying my taxes was going to be really tough. I have never had such an easy time with an insurance company. I recommend PetsBest to everyone!

I was a customer a few years ago for several years.When I lost my pet, Tyrus, I was very touched by the professional courtesy and compassion that the representative showed and followed by a sympathy card later. I always had a positive experience with quick payments on my account when applicable. I can't tell you how much I appreciated their sympathy and ease to deal with, that made me truly love Pets Best. When it came time for me to acquire new pet insurance with wellness plans for Brownie, Peaches and Peanut, there was no need to even shop other companies. I feel I can trust their professionalism and I know when needed they will be there to offer their support. I am grateful to have reconnected with them and look forward to many years of valued customer service. I would highly recommend them to any customer who is struggling with choosing the right company. Medication Coverage
My Dog is allergic to bee stings, an epipen ($105) was coveraed at 90% as per my policy. Within 1 week of faxing the claim, I had a cheque in my hand....as usual. I have never had a problem dealing with Trupanion. They pay everything they promise to pay. Only grievance is the increase in premiums (due to inflation only--not due to claims or age of pet). Very satisfied.
