ASPCA -- Not happy
I've had my cat insured with ASPCA for two years. I just received a re-enrollment form from them, asking that I go through the enrollment process with them once again, which includes paying another enrollment fee. I understand where raising prices may be necessary, but I'm a customer for almost two years and they want me to re-enroll is absurd.

I was just a couple of days into a free trial when my puppy became very ill and had to be hospitalized. Trupanion paid 90% of the bill and sent a check within a couple of days of receiving the form. They were wonderful and caring about my pet throughout the process.
