It is a life saver
I rescused my Shelby when she was 10 weeks old. I decided to get pet insurance and sure glsd I did. We were at a dog park to socialize her and while she was playing with another 6 month old puppy, a large dog ran across the park and attacked her while another jumped in. Sometime later we were at another dog park and a pit bull came up and just attacked her. Then a month later she was attacked by a pack of six dogs. Needless to say she received her worse injuries. But without the insurance I would have had a very large bill that I would have had trouble paying for, with the overnight stay, surgery, drain tube and meds. It was the best thing I ever did getting insurance.

I recently took Jack for his yearly checkup and vaccinations. I faxed my claim to Embrace and had a check for the entire amount in 10 days. Thanks for the peace of mind I get from having Embrace to take care of Jack's medical needs.

I would like to say that I can't believe that I was reimbursed for pet preventives!!! I received my first claim check and was excited to see that I received a check for Heartworm Medicine and Frontline. After my last experience with my previous dog who passed away of Lymphoma; I promissed myself that my next dog would have pet insurance. I am very satisfied and happy that I chose Embrace for my dog's insurance and look forward to a long healthy relationship with Embrace. Wish my own health insurance company was this good
I have had Pet's Best since we adopted our ex-racing greyhound. Having been through several health issues and surgery, it has been a relief to have this plan. This week they had my claims processed the same day! AND I had the reimbursement in my bank in 2 days! Wish I could get this type of service from my health plan.

Great program!
I just filed a wellness claim for my limited edition (some people say mutt) Molly and got a quick response. This plan is fantastic. I actually got back more than I paid for the wellness plan and I still have Molly covered for accidents and illness for a whole year. Frankly I don't understand why all pet owners don't take advantage of this great program.

Horrible exxperience
Changed pet insurance because of the rating of 9 out of 10. Have had nothing but hassles about pet's vet care and documentation of health records. A claim submitted in early April has yet to be paid, and unless I called, no one would have let us know that the claim was still being reviewed for one visit! I'm glad others have had a good response.
