Pets best is actually the worst.
I would not recommend this insurance company. Pets best is the worst. Impossible to get ahold of anybody to help with a claim I’ve been trying to process for months. Save your time and money and do not get insurance with the company.

Not our final choice, but a very good one
We researched many companies and ASPCA was one from recommendations of our friends who are very happy with their policies. We were looking to have more coverage for wellness as we have two puppies, otherwise we would have chosen ASPCA

This is the easiest process. Submitted my claim and less than a week later it has been processed and reimbursement is on it's way.

Horrible experience
My claim was denied and I was given zero explanation other than directed to "read my policy." I am confused, I pay for insurance for my cat to help with vet bills, but it doesn't work when my claims are denied! I would appreciate an explanation as to why my claim was denied. Thanks for nothing, Pet's Best (Pet's Worst).

Must Have for Accident Prone Pets
I have been with Figo for a while now and they have been great. Super easy to get help when I need it most. Reimbursement for accidents (like my cat, Rain, chipping a tooth that resulted in a root canal) was a smooth process. I can't believe I didn't join Figo earlier. Figo is a must have for accident prone pets like mine.

Can’t get a status update on claim
The customer service representatives that I have spoken to have been very courteous and kind, but I can’t seem to get a straight forward answer regarding the status of a claim submitted almost a month ago, which is very disappointing. I have called several times and have spoken with a number of different representatives. Apparently, the person assigned to my claim is non-responsive to customer service requests and does not update their notes so that others can provide an accurate status. I have had my policy with Trupanion for 6 years now, and am contemplating switching to another carrier because of this.

My dog had surgery on both legs. My claim with trupanion was handled promptly l was kept informed with my coverage at reasonable time. Overall pleased & would recommend to friends

Excellent hassle-free claims payment
A friend referred us to healthy paws, and we are completely happy with it. Claims are processed and paid rapidly, with no second-guessing the vets. Our dog needed no care above our deductible for a few years after we got her policy, but in the past few months we have unfortunately had to take her to the emergency room twice including a 48-hour stay and to her regular vet for urgent care once. It has been hard, but not having to worry about the expenses has been great.

My poor dog Giuseppe developed cancer…
My poor dog Giuseppe developed cancer before he was 2 years old. Trupanion has been covering his cancer treatment and the leg amputation he had to have due to the tumor since it first developed. We started his Trupanion Insurance when he was 8 weeks old. They've been fast, efficient and oh so caring about my dog. I don't know what we would do without Trupanion to help us along this most difficult time.
