They deny claims that have already been…
They deny claims that have already been approved the week prior. You have to call on the phone and hound them to find out why, although we have 90% coverage. Then the ones we are approved for Trupanion put the money in someone else's account, so now we have to wait for them to fix their mistake. Call back the money get it sorted out on their end, then we get our money. My advice is don't purchase this Pet Insurance as with any insurance company you pay up front then wait and wait and wait for them to pay you out. Should have just saved our money and paid for pet issues out right. So ZERO peace of mind when your beloved pet is ill. Finally received payment after having to get nasty with them. Typical Insurance company always looking for the loophole....save your money forget the insurance companies they always benefit.

A must for fur parents
I got Trupanion when my dog was older, and already had a few medical issues. I thought that their service was great. The claims process easy. App is easy to use. Most importantly i thought they were thorough and fair when taking into consideration my dog’s pre-existing conditions.
