Payment system and claim status

1. It is frustrating to use your chat system as it was not getting me anyware. Due to circumstances with regard to using my debit card, I wish to make payments via e-checks which is more secure; and 2. I submitted a claim (2nd time) on December 16 and I have heard anything as to the status. The virtual chat system is not totally appropriate

How helpful Rachel Dillard was.

I was having some difficulty submitting my vet's billing statements because I have two new puppies and their treatments and billing were on the same statement. When I called Fetch Pet Insurance Rachel Dillard took the call. She patiently, clearly and pleasantly explained what I needed to do. She was knowledgeable and efficient and she quickly dispelled my frustration. She couldn't have been better!

Impressed with the new explanation of benefits

My experience with my claim went very well received what I expected. I do like the new explanation of benefits it's very in detail than before and I understand what I have left to spend in her wellness category. I also like how they do the illness and injury section as well so I know what I have left on my deductible.

My experience was great

My experience was great. I was surprised how easy they make it. Their response time was fast. I wasn't sure what to expect or if pet insurance really would be beneficial . They have low prices and were honest and dependable. I am so glad I went with Fetch.

Good coverage.

I am very pleased with the fact that our claim was paid promptly and at the rate, as advertised. As our vet bill was rising, it was comforting to know that we had insurance backing us up.

New Policy

I had my State Farm Insurance Agent setup my account based on the quote they provided me. The information that was setup on the website was incorrect, and had to be corrected. They setup the account on the 13th of the month and today is the 17th and the information on the site has still not been setup correctly. I have followed up with Trupanion three times to get all of the corrections updated and they said it would take about 5 days to get all of the corrections done.

Claim submitted today; help, recommendation.

Claim submitted today. I do not have an "advanced" phone, so easier submitting by scanning documents and going to web site to electronic submit claim and upload pdf documents, much clearer document for us. Claim review pending. One "issue". The claim procedure via web site (using MS "Edge" browser) has a section to upload the "invoice" which I did. No section to upload support documents like Vet MD office notes, you'll often need in your claim review. My Fix - went back to invoice upload page, and added new pdf to upload 2 pages, Vet MD notes. They all got sent out, so appears no problem. But please clarify it this is WHERE to upload it, and make a separate section to upload support documents, if needed by your Claim's Dept. Reason, so I can save you time, during your Claim review. Otherwise, WELL DONE.

Sandi's Story

"In October, my sweet rescue dog, Sandi, was diagnosed with chronic kidney disease. She went through all kinds of diagnostic tests, and various medications have been tried to slow down the disease. Thanks to Pets Best, I have never hesitated to take Sandi to my amazing veterinary clinic, Las Sendas Animal Hospital and Grooming, nor had to decline a medication because it wasn't in my budget. Pets Best has been there to support Sandi and me through all of the medical procedures. The claims process is speedy and the turn around for reimbursement is short. We are so appreciative of that! Sandi has been having fluid injections twice a week since October, and she is doing well. The veterinarians and the techs and staff at Las Sendas Animal Hospital and Grooming truly love Sandi, and she gets outstanding care there. She has her good days and bad days, but she still loves her walks and chasing birds in the yard. Thank you, Pets Best, for giving me more time with the dearest dog in the world. Preventative Puppy Poo

I purchase a plan including a puppy prevention package that was to pay out a set amount for certain things. Example: $25 for dewormer $50 for a puppy wellness exam $25 for a bordetella shot etc. Twice I submitted receipts showing my puppy was given a dewormer and Spot Insurance did not reimburse me the $25. Dates are December 12,2024 and January 3,2025.
