Wonderful Customer Service

We have had Embrace Pet insurance for about a year now and just reupped for a second term. My experience so far has been nothing but positive. The claims embracerers have been responsive to my questions via email and my claims have gone through in a matter of weeks with autodeposit straight back into my bank account. I have had no problems with coverage of claims, the entire process is smooth and straight forward with an extra added benefit of personalized customer service.

Outstanding

We lucked into Trupanion because they offers a free month wHen we took our new pup for her first checkup. Fortunately we never cancelled. Our pup had giardiasis, a broken leg and some weird and frightening "episodes" which, after many vet , ER,specialists and an MRI, was diagnosed as a kind of seizure. Imagine the cost. Easy forms to fill out. very prompt acknowledgement of their receipt. Very prompt and clear explanation of costs, deductible and payments due followed by a check. We are more than satisfied, we are grateful to have this coverage.

Peace of mind

It's really a great comfort to know that whenever a pet is perceived as having any health related issue that there is no longer a reason to feel stressed about whether or not to take the pet to the vet to get checked out. This is my 2nd year with Embrace and I wish I had known about them many years ago.

Disappointed

Vet recommended 2 procedures, the 3rd one was required (spay)by trupanion for future coverage in case of future tumors, this is my bill:Condition: Extract retained deciduous teeth, OVH, dewclaw surgery removal. financial Summary: Total Claim Request $852.92 Eligible Costs$304.55 Deductible Applied-$100.00 Total Claim Paid (90% coverage)$184.09. It's better than nothing but not as good as they "Advertise". One more refund like this and i'm giving Petplan a call.
