We love Healthy Paws!
We got Healthy Paws a short time after adopting our 8 week old puppy Bailey. Bailey is now almost 7 months, and we have had a few mishaps along the way, classic puppy! Thank God for Healthy Paws! When Bailey cut her paw really badly Healthy Paws handled the claim so quickly even our vet was surprised. And the customer service is amazing! They always email to check up on Bailey, and it doesn't seem forced at all...they really do care about our pup and it shows. I would recommend Healthy Paws to anyone!!

Couldn't be more pleased!!!
I cannot say enough about Healthy Paws prompt and compassionate response to a first claim made for our10 year old female labrador, who recently underwent surgery. The claim was straightforward to complete, and the reimbursement very fair. Our family will strongly recommend HealthyPaws to anyone researching quality pet insurance. I am very happy with Healthy Paws and their customer service. They respond to all claims quickly and clearly explain what is eligible and what is not. In addition, they seem to genuinely care about your pet. While you never want to need to use your insurance, my shiba did end up needing major surgery. Healthy Paws provided excellent service.

Would choose ASPCA pet insurance again!
I had never had pet insurance for any of my dogs growing up (golden retrievers). After seeing a family members dog pay over $3,000 to diagnose a bloody nose, we decided to get pet insurance when we got our dog. I had done a lot of research (about 2-3 years ago) on all different pet insurance, because obviously we wanted to get the best care for our money. We went with ASPCA, and are so happy we did. Our golden was diagnosed with cancer about 5 months ago, and boy did that pet insurance come in handy when it came time to pay vet bills. We had questions a couple times about the insurance/ filling out the claim form and the staff at ASPCA were very helpful. Unfortunately the cancer treatment did not work and our dog passed away about a month ago. We contacted ASPCA to end our insurance with them, and they brought to our attention that because we had the continuing care we would be reimbursed up to an additional $1000 for medical expenses. I thought , what integrity! They could have waited for us to ask about it. We were obviously upset about the loss of our dog and probably would have forgotten to even inquire about any further reimbursement. I like that they reminded us about it. They even sent a sympathy card to us...all touches to just show they really care. When we do get another dog in the future we will definitely go with ASPCA insurance and would highly recommend them to others.

Very personal and wonderful customer service
So far my experience with Embrace has only been positive. Fortunately we haven't run into anything major with our dog, so we haven't experienced that coverage fully ... but the illness claims I have submitted toward deductible have all be handled efficiently and I'm pleased with the process! The thing I love about Embrace over the last year is that they are so kind, considerate and professional! You know that it's a real person you're communicating with and not some client-service "drone" :) I love Embrace and highly recommend it to any one looking for pet insurance!

Paperwork Confusion
I have been paid for this claim but I feel the communication between people at Embrace is a little fractured. I sent all of the appropriate paperwork on this claim probably 5 times until they emailed me back asking for it again. Also, it seems that I had a claim when they're trying to implement a new claims system and it took a month. Aside from that, the paid as expected.

We are so grateful to have insurance on both of our dogs. One dog has never needed it (thankfully). However, we have had to use it far too much with our other dog. That being said, the service has been incredible. It is easy to make a claim. They are fast with confirming received claims, and letting you know how much is covered, and then sending the checks. Also, the few times I've talked to someone on the phone they have been very kind and helpful.
