The agent I spoke with Nicole was great
The agent I spoke with, Nicole was a pleasure. She took her time to explain why the increase in annual premium was occurring and helped me understand my options. She took her time to see if there were changes to my policy and put me at ease that my dog was in good hands if we needed to use the insurance services. Her help today is a primary reason for not cancelling my policy.

Not very user friendly
(1) Difficult to update refund payment options (it is an entirely different website, but that is unable to be found until you call). (2) The form to submit claims is not easy to use- Not editable & need to download to sign/date, etc.

Trupanion gives me peace of mind!
Trupanion is a life saver and gives me peace of mind. I love that the deductible is once per condition and not yearly. I have an epileptic dog and the insurance is so worth it!

AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!!!!
This company says they provide coverage for your pet and then you start submitting claims and they deny the claims. Worst pet insurance out there. I've had better experiences at used car lots!

I have mixed feelings about this pet…
I have mixed feelings about this pet insurance company, they went from being $45 to have both my cat & dog insured with illness/accident & wellness that was 3 years ago now, they are charged & I'm "forced" into paying $86 & they removed my cat off because of her age of 18!! I have limited income & $86 for pet insurance has gotten way to exspensive & they said next year & every year after that it will be more $$!! Ive shopped around & for the same coverage & her age i way quoted at $46, he'll yeah I want that price & I don't understand why one company cane change so different for the same thing, so I'm considering hard of changing for embrace to a different cheaper gas!!
