Exceeded Expectations!
Our dog had to have emergency surgery a few weeks ago and we were so worried about him. The one thing we didn’t have to worry about what paying for his care because we have Healthy Paws by Chubb for him. I was amazed at how quickly they reviewed my claim and paid on it though- they exceeded my expectations- we already received the reimbursement! With Trupanion for five years
I have been with Trupanion for five years. My tricolor Cavalier King Charles Spaniel had eye surgery in the early 2020s, and they paid the hospital 90% of her surgery bill (no deductible on my plan) immediately. I filed another claim for her ear infection late Friday night, and my 90% reimbursement (with zero deductible under my plan) was deposited into my bank account on Monday (direct deposit), a 2-day turnaround. Then I was reminded that in the future, I can pay my vet (a Trupanion member) 10% of the bill, and Trupanion will pay the vet the remaining amount immediately.

TRUPANION’s customer service team are exceptionally courteous, knowledgeable & efficient! Claims for my doggy are usually filed directly from the vet/vet specialist, but at recent visit, their computer system was down so I had to file all paperwork! This task was made easy by your team, & payment was deposited within 32 hours in my bank account!!! TRUPANION IS AFFORDABLE & INCOMPARABLE!!!!

My little Oscar needed to have dental
My little Oscar needed to have a dental. The Dr. had to remove some teeth. I sent my receipt in and filed a claim. I did not have to do anything else. When I checked my claim, I already had my reimbursement in my bank account. It was so easy to file. When I wanted to add another pet to my policy, I called Spot. The woman on the phone was so nice.She made it very easy. I highly recommend using Spot Pet Insurance. It is very affordable and filing a claim is very easy.

Money hungry million dollar company.
I had pet insurance for my pet prior to getting her. Had trupanion for 3 years, somehow my card didn’t go through for my payment. They failed to update my email and attempted to send emails in regards to it. Canceled my policy without my knowledge. Boomer the manager was extremely not helpful and double my monthly payment since the insurance lapsed. Being a loyal customer means nothing these days. Money hungry million dollar company.
