I am very pleased at how helpful Embrace has been to me and my furbaby Mr. Boots a gray and white kitty. I was very distressed one day when I noticed Mr. Boots had a wound on his belly and so I took him to the vet who said he thought it was a bite wound from something like a snake . The doc then cleaned the wound and healed it with antibiotics.And you can imagine how happy and relieved I was that Mr. Boots got cured and that we had a good insurance like Embrace to also take the financial worries away as well.You can tell they are about pets with the true quality caring helpful service they provide as well as their giving to animal charities when you buy a policy from them(which in my book is very admirable),so you can't help but love a company with their happy customer service record and that's simply amazing!So if their are any uninsured pet parents who need good insurance, I would say get Embrace . Great job on Wellness claims
Embrace has been great in processing the wellness claims. I haven't had to file any other type of claim recently, but I can say that the customer service at Embrace is always great. They are super friendly and informative. Sometimes a little slow in processing, but they always get it done!

Friendly, courteous and professional staff
Our puppy came down with a stomach virus and parasite at 6 months old. She had to be hospitalized for a few days and has had a very slow recovery with a few more visits to the Vet. Embrace staff has been very helpful, patient and understanding. One of the claims was a bit delayed because of them transferring to a new system, but they kept me informed so I knew why there was a delay. We have been paid just as promised and are very pleased with the service and coverage they provide.

I am WOWED!!
My 4.5-month-old Cockapoo Bailey accidentally swallowed a pill at his Grandpas house and was rushed to the emergency clinic and ended up being admitted for a 2-day hospital stay. This was my first claim and I expected it to take awhile to process. I submitted the claim and received a response within days. The coverage was true to the policy and I am thrilled with my decision to choose Healthy Paws! They were very kind in their correspondence and inquired about Baileys well being. I know I have the Cadillac of coverage for him!

Fraudulent
Refused to pay for surgery completed September 04, 2012, sent a letter telling me they placed an exclusion on the affected tissue September 20, 2012, 9 months after I signed up for the surgery. Have had insurance with them twice, they have never paid a cent toward a claim. Pet secure is a scam.
