Relief knowing Trupanion is there
I am so thankful to know that we have trupanion for our pups. We have moved quite a few times and it is always so easy to update our information. They are SO helpful and kind seven we call. So thankful and relieved to know we can do whatever our fur baby needs with the help of Trupanion.

Prudence has shown a 100% improvement with her Mycoplasma.
Prudence has a condition known as Mycoplasma which occurs on and off every couple of months.. Her recent past procedure by our Vet. seems to have really improved her health. Hopefully, she will not incur any future problems.

Love the new claims process!
It was only a matter of time before they updated it, but I love the ease of use of the new system as opposed to having to fill out a form and email it back. Having a one stop shop for the portal makes everything so easy, and while I feel like the claims review processing time was pretty good before, it's now top notch! I love working with Nationwide!
