I am not a new Trupanion member
I am not a new Trupanion member. I am on my second dog with Trupanion and this one I have had for almost 4 years. We have been pleased with Trupanion and it has been very helpful with our dog when she turned up with a totally unexpected, serious condition that needed extensive diagnostic work. Prior to Trupanion, we had another Pet insurance company and when our pet, four dogs back, developed a fatal cancer, the limit they had on benefits was so minuscule a part of the cost that we changed to Trupanion.

Best-In-Class Pet Insurance
Our 5-year old dachshund has been through two very major surgeries and dozens of vet appointments and less serious procedures over the past few years, and not only has Healthy Paws helped with the financial burden, reimbursing within days, they've reached out to provide support as well. It was great!
It was great!! The only thing and I just only made two claims since I got this insurance. Why do you have to get the medical records every time? And the vet said you guys didn’t even reach out to them, so I had to leave work and go make sure they sent a copy of it to get my claim settled.
