The best insurance experience I have ever had!
Max was diagnosed on 9/20/12. Those who are familiar with this illness know that it changes the lives of the owner and the pet forever. He lived through the critical 48 hours and Max is one of the lucky ones so far. He is still here after 2 weeks. It's known for being one of the scariest and also one of the most expensive diagnosis' a pet can have and Max will fight it for life.I faxed the first claim (including Max's clinical history) on 9/24-received a confirmation e-mail same day. Rec'd the explanation of benefit letter with amount of reimbursement (accurate to the penny)on 10/1. The check arrived on 10/5. Faxed the second claim on 10/2-again, same day confirmation; EOB letter SAME DAY and received the check on 10/6. Faxed the third claim yesterday on a Sunday-thinking I would get a jump on Monday, but THEY WORK ON SUNDAY. Rec'd the EOB letter Sunday evening. Don't hesitate- this is the best insurance by far. I'm telling everyone who will listen! Just a great company-which has helped get us through this. I honestly don't know what we would have done without them.

Embrace is the best..
I've had Embrace insurance for my cat Zinger for the past three years, and have had nothing but stellar service from them. They kept me updated on the status of all my claims, and seem to really care about both the pets, and the services being offered. I think the price is reasonable considering the amount of coverage I have for Zinger, and know that I will never be forced to make a hard decision about adequate care for her based on finance alone. That's the best reason to have insurance, and I think Embrace is the best one out there.

Very reliable and great customer service
Had to file a number of invoices for an ongoing illness for my dog. Customer service people were very professional and helpful.I've been with Embrace for 5 years and very happy with their services.

I had my doubts when I thought of purchasing pet insurance but now am so glad I did! In the past year alone my little old man developed diabetes and arthritis. I don't know how I would have afforded the high quality care he needs without Trupanion insurance.

Overall positive experience with ins.
I think your ins. program has improved. I was surprised at how quickly I received a response. I have had your ins. for years and I am very satisfied. My only suggestion is that you review your recurring illness policy and perhaps make it more appropriate to reality-illnesses recur and/or take longer than expected to resolve, just like in people. If someone is paying ins. for years and rarely making claims, I would think that some fairness should be involved by your company.

I love these Embrace guys!
I have found Embrace just recently, as my puppy is only 4 months old. But my communications with them has been nothing short of pleasure so far. I have already submitted the first claim for the welness stuff (preventative shots, exam). It was processed within just a few days, and I immediately received e-mail as soon as it was completed. These guys are awesome!!! And always very personal - one of the Embracer even asked me to give my puppy tommy rub for her, which was very unexpected and sweet.
