You're the Best!

I've had plenty of experience with other companies and also Embrace. By far, Embrace is far superior. When my little mix Cindy got sick suddenly, I took here to the vet ER here and they had to keep her for 3 days! Probably something she ate at the beach, but she needed IV because of vomiting and she actually nearly died. I was able to put my mind at ease and let her have the best treatment without a second thought about cost. So many times, I have friends that comment on the cost of vet treatments while their precious ones are sick or injured. I am so glad I can give her my entire attention and let Embrace worry about the cost. Cindy is fine now and she tries to stay out of mischief but, after all she is a lively little girl so we really thank God for Embrace. They will be a part of our lives for a very long time. I also hope people check out the preventative care deal. Pay ahead and get a discount for that too! How great is that. We love you Embrace!!

I absolutely recommend Embrace!

Zuma has had three expensive surgeries/imaging scans over the last few years. Embrace has come through for us in each of these situations. The peace of mind in knowing we have great coverage has made it easier to deal with the costs of owning a dog with medical issues, and has allowed me to focus more on her well-being than the cost of treating her. Great Comany

Our Rottweiler became very ill with stomach & intestional issues while he was at a dog show,He was taken to the vet & had tests performed & given med's.A week later not alot of improvement & dropped 11 lbs,was being hand fed.Another vet visit and med's. So very glad to say he is almost back to normal.Embrace Ins. has processed my claim & the refund was deposited in my account w/o ANY problems or suprises.I have had numerous other pet insurance companys in the past that did not live up to their claims.During the time from him becoming ill & getting my refund, I had called to ask a question reguarding another pet,the person I spoke with actually asked me if he was feeling better & eating again,because he was really a very sick boy.What more do I need to say? A company where the employees care and are not just doing their jobs.We have 3 pet insured thru Embrace.

Easy to fax claim and quick reimbursement

I have unfortunately needed to file multiple accidental claims for our dog but Trupanion has covered 90% of costs minus the evaluation fee as stated on their site . I have been very happy with easy fax of forms and quick reimbursements.

Great experience

I've had my Embrace insurance for five years and never needed it until this past month when my dog was attacked by another dog. I am so thankful I had it! The entire Embrace staff was really great to work with. True professionals.

There when we needed them!

We have had our pets covered by Embrace for several years now. We have had a couple of smaller claims a few years ago, and we were very pleased with the coverage and the quick turn-around on the claims payment. However, the real test for us was recently when our Westie needed surgery to repair a torn ACL and dislocated kneecap. We sent our itemized bills for the pre-surgery blood work, the pain meds, and x-rays, and then another bill for the surgery itself.....within two weeks we had our claims paid as outlined in the policy, no questions asked. Thank you, Embrace, for the customer-friendly service and responsiveness!

Top Notch company!

Embrace rocks so far! Unfortunatley 1 of our dog's started to have seizures and Embrace paid for all of testing and follow-up's, no questions asked... I just hope our premium's don't go up drastically because of this.. We will wait and see and post updates accordingly.. Michael

Embrace has been easy to deal with.

Embrace has been very efficient and reliable in processing claims submitted. They have adhered to the terms of the policy which have been clear and explained at the beginning. The claims have been easy to submit and there has been good follow through. I have been very impressed.

Not what they saw

When we brought home our goldendoodle we immediately signed her up for coverage. I did a lot of research on the various options because we had VPI with our last dog and it was not good. I asked about the standard insurance and the wellness option. the representative said that I could add and remove the wellness option at any time. I did not submit any claims on my puppies shots or other wellness visits but I did submit the claim for her spaying. when i called to remove the wellness option after her procedure the rep said that I had to wait a fulll year. this was contradictory from the original sales person. The rep said she checked the call recordings and that the rep didn't give me that information. this is incorrect. I would not have signed up for the wellness option if I had been told this rule. I immediately cancelled this insurance because i do not prefer to do business with dishonest companies. I love my pets like family and want them to be protected by the most reputable company.
