Impressive

We researched various pet insurances, and Embrace was by far the most complete package. Once we took our pet to the vet, they tried to offer a similar package to embraces wellness plan, except that embrace was much better priced and comprehensive, even the staff stated that they were impressed with the quality of this plan. I received two confirmation emails after the vet issued our first claim, and a follow up email confirming that the claim had been processed and approved and payment was on its, way.. That simple, no hassle, no story, simply following what was promised to us

Wonderful Insurance!

Since we adopted our 2 dogs a year and a half ago, we have spent a lot of time at the vet. Our one boy has had digestive issues and then two surgeries. Healthy Paws has been fantastic through it all! We are so grateful that we chose Heathly Paws pet insurance, because they were there when we needed them. We will be adding our 2 cats to our insurance plan. We do recommend them to all our friends.

They are fabulous with communications

My dog had laser therapy by my vet for a herniated disc with PT.Yhis wasn't successful.I was regetred for an MRI with a neurologist/ surgeon For what seemedc to me an outrageous sum around $2200. Embrace consistently kept me informed as to tthe claims status. I happily received reimbursement before my credit card payment was due!!

Simply stated Embrace offers outstanding insurance plans and stands behind the plan. I am happy to have Embrace covering our 4 pups. They have outstanding customer service, prompt reimbursements, and better than all of that, no gimmicks, they truly cover what they say they do giving me peace if mind. They are the best!!!!!

Wish I would have had this for my previous pets!

I have had had multiple dogs in my life. This is the first dog I decided to try insurance. I researched the heck out of the companies out here and decided on Healthy Paws. My experience has been incredible. My dog has had some health problems and the company has been excellent with their response times, claims, and customer service. I wish I would have been smarter and had this insurance for all of my dogs. It would have saved me so much money over the last 15 years.

Benificial to us.

We have had pet insurance for 5yrs now from ASPCA. We have been extremely satisfied with the coverage. Our pet has gotten sick several times during these past 5yrs and if it had not been for our insurance we would probably had to put her down.

Did Not Cover Dental Procedure Related to Oral Car

I am a new client of Pets Best and would like to share my experience filing a recent claim. On December 10, 2012, I brought my Siamese cat, Violet, to my vet for her annual wellness check, where he noted an enlarged node in her jaw and two abnormal teeth. Upon extraction, he aspirated the lymph node and we were stunned to receive a diagnosis of metastatic carcinoma. Within three weeks, she had to be euthanized, because a mass had invaded her upper jaw. When I submitted the relatively modest bills to Pets Best, they excluded the dental extractions, which were the bulk of the bill. They did cover the euthanasia and cancer medications. I received less than $250.00 back on a total bill of nearly $600.00. Part of that ($23.) was the result of a Level I appeal that I filed. I will say that the representatives have been very nice, and the reimbursements were processed and received in a timely fashion. However, although everyone agrees that the abnormal teeth were a result of a tumor in the jaw, Pets Best has held fast to the position that NO dentistries are covered unless they involve broken or abcessed teeth needing extraction. Ironically, had I opted to subject Violet to aggressive chemotherapy, involving thousands of dollars, it would have been covered. Yet, this brief catastrophic illness received only minimal reimbursement because of a policy that does not allow for any extenuating circumstances. Not only did I lose my cat, but I have spent time and energy di

Well worth it!

I recently had to deal with an illness on my 5 1/2 year old mutt. After a major surgery for what was thought to be a stomach issue, further testing revealed a brain tumor. Unfortunately, she had to be put down. The entire ordeal cost me upwards of $4200. In less than 2 weeks since filing my claims, Healthy Paws has reimbursed me $3600. They were quick, hassle free, and covered everything they said they would, up to and including euthanasia. I contacted them by phone at one point and their customer service couldn't have been better. I will be continuing to use their services.
