Money hungry
Find a way to increase your premium each year and say they can decrease it if you decrease your coverage. Only filed one claim in the last year and I paid them more than they paid me. Emailed with complaint and Jeff/ Jess were of no assistance. They blamed it on state wide increase and inflation… but if it’s inflation then my coverage should also increase to ensure I can cover potential costs at a vet if needed. Just a money hungry company. Spending an extra $200 for same plan as previous year and no pet health changes. Also for claim submission on the app it’s all robot auto replies not a human.

BEST DECISION
I had purchased pet Inurance for my Golden when he was just a puppy. I always tetter tottered with the thought of is it worth it. I am paying a premium and not even going to use it (but isnt that how all insurances work. You hope you don't need it) My 7 Year old boy was diagnosed with Lymphoma and heving insurance was the greatest blessing. It made all of my decisions regarding Testing and treatment alot easier. If I hadnt had the comfort of insurance I wouldnt have got to enjoy my boy for as long as I did. I also adopted a new puppy after the loss of my boy and I ensured him before I even picked hime up.

Easy to place a claim
I'm a first time Pet Insurance owner. After many dogs and lots of medical bills the coverage MetLife offered met all my needs at a great price point. With MetLife, the claim process was easy to use - the customer service reps were so helpful and caring, and the payout process was seamless. I'd recommend to all pet owners out there!

Easy to follow
Application process is easy to follow. I think that the drop-down menu options do not exactly cover what my dog went to the vet for, so I clicked on the best possible option. Even like that, I am uncertain about the yay or nay criteria. I wish there were more clarity. I've submitted my claims in the past and there has been no problem. I had several invoices and would have hoped to be able to submit all of them in one claim. I had to open a new claim for each invoice, which made the process a bit longer.

When I finally was able to get a live person on the line I was really upset and ready to cancel my policy. However Don was very calm and did a great job settling me down and resolve my claim problem. I would suggest you include a phone # in your web page.

Spot makes everything so easy. Just go the website upload your invoice and like magic you have recouped some of that expensive vet visit. Just thankful to have the insurance in the event of and emergency!!

I would rather pay more in premiums than have an annual deductible of 500 per year. Now, I am stuck with ur company and can't move my pet because whatever was done with u is now preexisting conditions for the other companies. I will see only 190 dollars back from a bill that was almost 900 dollars. Unfortunate and unbelievable
