Our two year old dog became ill so fast and it took the emergency vet two visits to stabilize her. After two nights in the hospital she came home on a strict ten day food/medication regimen. Within two days of her first going to the vet we were notified by Trupanion that they were processing her claim. They also showed concern about our dog's condition. Trupanion covered ninety percent of the total bill which was over $2,000.00 (minus initial check-ups). We received the checks within two weeks of our dog becoming ill. We are very thankful that we signed up with Trupanion for our pet insurance. We never thought we'd need it this soon in our dog's life. We just got an e-mail today from Trupanion asking how our dog is doing.

I am very glad I have ASPCA insurance.
Rusty had a very bad respiratory infection. He had different tests to determine what he had & how to be treated. He also had to stay at the vet's because he was so sick & needed several meds to be administered. I was so happy I had the insurance because the bills were very high & I was reimbursed a large amount.

Claims are very easy to submit. I bring a form with me to each visit. Even though the plan only pays 80 percent of the claim and does not cover medications, I feel every little bit helps. Thank you to the employees who handle the claims for me and for tHe follow-up, it is appreciated!

Prompt review and payment receipt
Prompt payment received from the carrier. One thing I did not like though is the auto reply asking how the pet was doing after he had died. They need to connect the auto reply to their claims so that this does not happen. Was surprised though that his cremation was not covered.

Insurance companies are not necessarily known for being incredibly cooperating and supportive, but Trupanion has proven they are not a typical insurance company. I have an english bulldog that has unfortunately had to deal with skin irritation and Trupanion has been supportive, monetarily and emotionally, throughout the entire process.

My big white 23 pound kitty, named Happy, was having litter box issues. We got that all taken care of by visiting the vet. The claim was easy to file and was paid quickly. Glad I had pet insurance.

I just wanted to say what a blessing it has turned out to have been to have Embrace.This is the third claim I have filed, and there has never been hoops to jump through or crazy paperwork to deal with. It has gone better than I ever could have imagined, which I am truly thankful for as it seems we may have a long road ahead of us with our beloved Bella. She now needs an MRI done with a neurology specialist because they fear she may have Wobbler's Syndrome. This may end up being a long and expensive process, however, I can rest assured knowing Embrace will be there to assist me along the way! With the potential of thousands of dollars in vet bills on the horizon, I am counting my lucky stars that I purchased this policy the week we brought her home. I would hate to think that I may not be able to provide her the best medical care possible because of financial difficulties! If anyone is "on the fence" about getting a policy, I strongly urge them to do so! This has/is going to be a complete life saver for poor Bella and our family. Thank you so much Embrace!
