Excellent Service
We have been an Embrace client for 2 months and think their customer service is excellent.. They follow up immediately and respond in kind. We have had other insurance in the past and wish we knew about Embrace earIre. I also feel by the way they respond they really care about us and our dog. In this era of poor customer service, their excellent service is so appreciated

Preventative Hip Surgery
We have a Bernese Mountain Dog and she needed the preventative hip surgery. Trupanion was very helpful through the process. This is our first dog so have pet insurance was a little questionable but after the pay out and help it is truley worth the money.

Amazing coverage and compassion
My dog was diagnosed with kidney disease at very early age which had progressed during a two year period. The comfort knowing that Embrace has always covered the costs is absolutely amazing. Claims were handled efficiently and direct deposit payment was made within 1-2 weeks. Whenever I called they were friendly, helpful and compassionate. I am so grateful I had them during my dog's short but wonderful life which seems like "warp" years. Thanks again!

Wellness Reimbursement Is Awful
The wellness portion of the policy has a grossly inadequate ceiling. My dog's wellness portion of her policy was used up in two claims within two weeks.

very good follow-up
It took awhile to get the claim paid, but it was the fault of the vet, since he did not get the records to Embrace in a timely manner. Embrace kept up with polite reminders to us that they couldn't process the claim, until the vet got them the records. As soon as we resolved the situation with the vet, the claim was quickly closed by Embrace

This is the Best Pets Insurance
Bagel contracted Lyme disease. We have to bring him to the vet a few times and drugstore for medication. I submitted the claim by fax with all the receipts in Mid May and it turns around in a week and direct deposit into my account. They are fast and simple. This is the best Pets Insurance.
