THE WORST! Waiting 5 weeks now for payment
I HAVE BEEN WAITING 5 WEEKS SO FAR FOR PAYMENT FOR A SIMPLE PROCEDURE) . THEY WAIT UNTIL YOU HAVE A FIRST CALM BEFORE GETTING YOUR PETS RECORDS. THEY JUST KEEP TALING IN CIRCLES. THEY ARE VERY SWEET WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE AS TEHY GIVE YOU TH RUN-A-ROUND THEY DON'T PAY !!!!! IT iIS SO FRUSTRATING. I LEFT A GREAT PLACE AT MY VETS REQUEST TO TRY TRUPANION...I HAVE INFORMED MY VET HE IS REALLY DISAPPOINTED AS WELL. THEY CLAIM TO PAY 90 PERCENT. WHEN? THEY HAVE A SOB STORY OF HOW THEY ARE GROWING SO FAST THEY ARE DELAYED. I HAVE BEEN WITH THEM FOR MANY MONTHS THEY COULD HAVE GOTTEN MY DOGS RECORDS. ON TEH HOME PAGE THEY CALIM TO PAY 80 PER CENT OF CALIMS IN ONE WEEK THAT IS MISLEADING, WHEN I MENTIONED THAT TO THEM THE CUSTOMER SERVICE PERSON SAID OH WE HAD BETTER REMOVE THAT...DOES ANY ONE KNOW HOW TO REPORT INTERNET FRAUD?I DO NOT BELIEVE THESE OTHER REVIEWS!!!! RUN!!!

Amazing customer service
I highly recommend Healthy Paws as they "get it." They deliver exactly what they promise, and they treat you in a way every customer should be treated. #1: They advise you via email every step of the way. #2: They are quick. #3: They are in the service business and act like it because they cared and emailed their concern that my pet was recovering okay from her injury. I also recommend pet insurance because it's one less worry in life. I don't mind the small amount charged to my credit card each month knowing that if there is an accident or injury, I don't have to stress about the bill. I want to spend all my care and concern on my pet!

First puppy visit
Embrace staff have been exceptional to work with, they are always willing to help when you contact them. I submitted my claim and they notified me that they were mailing a check to me directly for the entire claim amount.

FANTASTIC PET INSURANCE - QUICK - CARING
My dog was diagnosed with T-cell Lymphoma. I have spent approximately $11K for the chemo treatment, tests and meds. I have received all my reimbursement checks (90%) within 5 days of faxing the information into Healthy Paws. They are so caring. I was skeptical about receiving reimbursement, as this was my first submittal, but I cannot say enough about Healthy Paws. The reimbursements allow me to continue to treat my 'baby'. She is in COMPLETE REMISSION, at present, but treatments and testing will continue. People's health insurances should be so good. Thank you Healthy Paws.

AMAZING
We enrolled our English Bulldog puppies with Healthy Paws at the age of 9 weeks. We could not have made a better choice when choosing Healthy Paws. My husband and I researched other pet insurance plans and found that many of them do not cover hereditary issues in some breads. Healthy Paws however has been there for us through 4 surgeries between both of our dogs. But this latest scare was with our little Maxine. She stopped breathing a day after her soft pallet surgery. We rushed her to UCDavis Veterinary hospital and they began CPR and she was then on a ventilator to do the breathing for her. Of course we would do anything for our babies but the feeling of helplessness came over us when we realized how mmuch this was going to cost. The vet hospital quoted us a high of 12,000. We made the deposit of 8000.00 on our credit card and called Healthy Paws the very next morning. While in tears, I spoke to Mona at Healthy Paws who assured me it would all be okay and to make sure we keep her in the hospital as long as possible to get Maxine in good health. She said "don't worry we have you covered" We will reimburse you 90% of all expenses and if the bill continues to grow and we cannot afford to pay up front she offered to send direct payments to the hospital!! Without Healthy Paws our Maxine may not have had access to the treatment she needed to make a full recovery. She is coming home today. A long road ahead but will be back to the same pup she was before this happened. Thank yo

The BEST insurance company EVER!!!
My dog is old and my claim was high! It was for orthopedic surgery. No hassle, no sweat! The people at this company are terrific! Even better, quite professional and competent. The company lives up to it's promise. I couldn't be more pleased with the service and reimbursement. I truly wish human insurance companies were as well run! I promised my best friend I would always give him the best care I possibly could and this company made that possible.
