Timely 90% refund
I am very glad I choose Trupanion. It allowed me to perform a neurology consultation and MRI on my beloved pet when she had a seizure. Without it, it would have been difficult to afford the care she needed. 90% of the cost was refunded and only took 1 week.

So happy to have Pets Best
When our Great Dane bloated we rushed him to Emergency and after the doctor finished briefing us on his condition she said we needed to discuss finances before they could proceed with the surgery. I was so grateful to say we had Pets Best Insurance and know we were covered. He had the surgery and came home less than 48 hours later!!

We are very impressed with Trupanion
Our 2-yr-old service dog developed a sudden on-set of vomiting and diarrhea. We had to take her to see her veterinarian, Dr. Don Kalt, to find out what was wrong. They took x-rays, thoroughly examined her phyically, tested for worms/parasites and put her on an antibiotic just incase she had picked up a virus. We submitted her bills to Trupanion and they responded within hours and began to process the claim. The entire process was completed, including receipt of the check, within two weeks. We are very pleased with Trupanion!

Disappointing
While this company has been prompt in acknowledging claims, they are less than satisfactory in acknowledging and dealing with complaints. We are currently disputing multiple deductibles totalling $1,131.00 for a single condition when there should only be one!

Amazing customer service reps and they pay claims!
Cass was very kind and she gave me excellent instructions after I called to inquire about the claims process. My dog, Girlfriend, escaped the back yard and ran right into a car which left the scene. No broken bones. She is bruised but resting at home. Pets Best paid my claims following the accident, just as expected!

Prompt excellent service
After 2 years now and several trips to the vet we are still very pleased with Healthy Paws insurance. All claims have been very quickly processed and we have received the advertised compensation within just a couple of days. No questions asked, no haggling for claim coverage, just quality prompt service. I want to register myself with HP as all insurance companies should take note of their practices.
