Professional and compassionate

From the day that I enrolled my little rescue, the experience has been nothing but professional and when it came to the the appropriate time compassionate. Always helpful, knowledgeable, understanding, they actually listen! Seriously, everyone should have pet insurance that has a pet, or reconsider having a pet. Because what happened to me could happen to anyone, and, it was boom, out of left field! I was grateful that I did not have to make the decision to put the sweetheart down. So get insurance! Or be responsible and don't get a pet if you cannot afford to really take care of it.

Great Insurance

Our Alaskan Malamute Mandi had ruptured her right cruciate ligament. She had to have it repaired with a procedure called Tibial Plateau Leveling Osteotomy. ASPCA paid for about 3/4 of the procedure, I can't tell you how happy we were with this amount. We have 2 Malamute the other one is also insurance, and thank God she doesn't have this problem.

They show interest on my puppies, their wellness, the follow up is amazing. I have referred and spoke highly of EMBRACE and even have their brochures in my office lobby. I will always be a fan!

Easing the Cost of Pet Care

Trupanion pet insurance was the smartest purchase we have ever made. We are life long pet owners and this insurance has made a big difference for us. It has really helped with the medical costs for our otherwise healthy pet's unexpected illnesses. No problems, no hassels just prompt and efficient service. Thanks Trupanion!

A smart choice!

Our dog recently experience an unfortunate accident while out taking a walk. We suspected that he inhaled a foreign object or had broken off a stick in his nose. Bleeding, discomfort, and lots of unusual sneezing and nose twitching followed. Out vet upon examination recommended emergency care and possible surgery to remove the object. The cost just snowballed and quickly exceeded $3000.00 ($1500.00 for an MRI). Our experience with the Embrace claims process, was all and more than we expected when we researched and chose this insurance carrier. They were quick and efficient with good follow up. Because of our policy with Embrace we were able to recover most of the cost incurred. We have just renewed our policy, and the low annual premium and deductible is totally worth the expense.

Vet care bill submision

It was really easy to submit our vet bill to Trupanion. I would really like to see it become an online option though, to make it even easier.
