No Better Customer Service Out There
Every time I call, the staff at Pets Best are always friendly, courteous and happy to help! It makes me feel good that I don't feel like another number to them when I need to call.

Very Rare Conditions Covered!
My dog has a rare fungal infection. We are continuing the treatment and my question was about further claims. We found the Cryptococcus infection by chance, and it appears we caught it in time. Pets Best's representative was truly concerned, and I felt that she was willing to help any way she could. We are continuing the treatment and the dog continues to improve. We expect her to be free of the infection in the next few months but since then, Pets Best has paid more than $1100 in claims. A true blessing because most dogs with this infection are not caught in time and end up euthanized. Pets Best was truly there for us.

Attention to Customer Satisfaction is Superb
I signed up for Embrace when I got my dog 3 years ago. He's a rescue who was 6 at the time. I knew that he might have some health issues down the road so I immediately got a policy. Since then, he's had 2 total ACL replacements and a couple of minor illnesses and I never had a single issue with my claims. Not only were they reimbursed quickly, someone always followed up by email to make sure I received the check. I have recommended Embrace to my dog owner friends and they are equally satisfied. What a fabulously well run company!

Communication is excellent. No questions or misunderstandings because they make the policies clear cut. I have 2 dogs with Embrace for many years and I am very satisfied. I would not change a thing. I love the fact that Embrace understands how important well visits (checkups and shots)are and they make provisions for that.

While it doesn't cover everything, it sure is nice to know that some of the bills will be paid! Nightmare had a $2600 dental bill, and you guys at least helped put a major dent in the cost! He says thank you because he's his cuddly deranged self playing without pain- and he just celebrated his 10th birthday!

Trupanion saved Phoebe's life!
One late Sunday night my beautiful standard poodle a mere 2 years old began acting very strange. I was afraid, she acted as if she had a stroke, walking into the walls not responding to my calls. What to do but to take her to the hospital where they proceeded to admit her.The next morning the vet called, he wanted to do a CT scan, a sonogram and blood work. Two days later the results a huge abcess behind her left eye. Four weeks later after several more vet visits and alot of antibiotics Phoebe is a new dog! Begging to fetch the ball wanting to get up and go.Well as for me the total bill mounted up to almost seven thousand dollars, thank god I had pet insurance! Trupanion has been beyond wonderful, very responsive paying ninety percent of her medical expenses. Compassionate, fast a Godsend. I highly recommend Trupanion please tell all your pet loving friends about Trupanion.

Embrace is thorough, efficient and responsive
I was pleasantly surprised how efficient Embrace was in processing our wellness claim. We "adopted" a cat from a shelter and took her to our vet at The Georgetown (Delaware) Animal Hospital on 7/5/13. Embrace guided us through the claims process. We faxed our claim on 7/8 and we received our reimbursement check on 7/16/13 as promised. We would recommend Embrace to insure your pet.

Accommodating
Although we have yet to meet our deductible. Embrace reminds us to file claims so that they get applied toward annual deductible. Embrace has been quick to process the claims. Embrace has also been accommodating to me inquiries. We have two dog policies.
