The very best service, care and professionalism
Healthy Paws is simply an extraordinary company dedicated to making it easy and fast to process claims. We submitted the pre-prepared forms from the Healthy Paws website, and our vet was able to send in the doctor's signed and completed forms. Healthy Paws sent emails confirming receipt of the claim, and even provided status updates as to how much of our claim was reimbursed (all expected). The check was then mailed with no fuss and very quickly. They even followed-up with a sincere email to see now our Buddy, the Labradoodle was fairing. I absolutely recommend Healthy Paws. We cannot be happier and more secure in the knowledge that they are our pet insurer.

best pet insurance
i would like to Thank Healthy paws for saving my little teacup malshi dog's life. She was attacked and horribly injured by another big dog. Healthy paws were there for me right away with financial help to make sure coco can get the quickest treatment to save her life and they did.My baby is doing much better now she is even able to get up on her own and walk slowly.She went thru so many treatments and surgeries and i wouldn't be able to make this happen without t healthy paws insurance.Im so glad i chose them and im recommending them to anyone i have 3 pets in my house and they all insured. God bless you.Thank you for everything you guys did for me.I have not enough words to describe how thankful i feel to you guys.Such caring costumer service and thank you for checking up with me how my baby is feeling.This is very sweet of you guys

Knowledgeable and Comforting
Claim processing is very quick and efficient. Staff shows interest in my pet, whenever I call with a question. They are knowledgeable and fully explain any concerns/questions I have. This makes me feel very comfortable with their service. I have a great vet and am glad to have Pets Best on my side when I see my vet. I highly recommend Pets Best as an insurer.

Good service
I was pleased to get something back from my vet visit because my cat fell from 8 feet and hurt her back. I was paid back for everything but the X-ray. The insurance company said the xray was not needed but, as a pet lover, I wanted to know that she only had a slipped disc and not a broken back. Still, this is the only time she has had an accident in 11 years and it was nice getting some of the vet bill paid.

Simply the best!!
Our 8 month old Lab suffered a broken leg. After having our puppy go through multiple X-rays, ER visit, vet visits, and surgery, he is now back to normal. Working with Healthy Paws was an amazing experience. They were able to process the claim in less than a week, we were able to communicate with them via email and phone without an issue. Very quicl with the response, professional and caring. We felt like Healthy Paws really cares for the well being of our puppy. Healthy Paws is simply the best!

Healthy Paws has awesome service.
As we all know our furry companions mean the world to us and when they are ill we worry & rush them to the doctor just as we would a human baby. My Little female weim puppy seemed to be urinating way too much. I immediately went online to do research. The symptoms that she demonstrated indicated that she could possibly have a UTI & if not taken care of could lead to other problems. It was a Nat'l holiday but I did not care I could not take a chance so I rushed her to the Vet. The end result was she did not have a UTI infection thank heaven. Healthy Paws processed my claim immediately and I received my payment within days. I was totally impressed with their customer service and the expedience of my claim. I will pass their name on to others that have puppies. By the way, most importantly I will pass their name on to my breeder as well as mention it on the breeders Facebook Page. Rates are reasonable. I recently submitted a claim in to ASPCA and it was as simple as submitting my papers, tracking my claim online and receiving a check in the mail all in less than a month. Great service, smooth process!

Paid thousands $$ in claims
Love Pets Best. I can be assured that they have my pet's best interest at heart!! I have two greyhounds and a cat and I don't know what I would have done without Pets Best. Now I do not have to choose between my pets health or the cost I can afford for treatment.

Reasonable and low hassle
Rates are not too high and I benefit from the multi-pet discount. But, a bit frustrating that only "reasonable" veterinary charges are covered since "reasonable" and "New York City veterinarian" charges are contradictory terms... For example, if any major surgery were ever required I'd be lucky to get 25% reimbursed (given the $3,500 lifetime cap).But, for minor illnesses, 80% coverage for approximately 80% of the bill still helps. The premiums should pay for themselves and slightly more in the event of any significant treatment, though I would be thrilled to lose money on this deal forever rather than have to test out that assumption.

Compassionate Healthcare
After losing a cat to a long and expensive illness, when I adopted again I shopped for pet health insurance. Healthy Paws rated A+ from BBB,but what made my decsion was the reviews from pet owner like myself that raved about the compassion they recieved from the Customer Care service. I have experienced this myself and when your pet is so sick it is comforting to know that they truely care.I recieved e-mails and phone calls expressing their concern and sending hugs.I don't get that from my own insurance company. Do you?
