Healthy Pet Insurance is AMAZING!!!
I can't say enough good things about Healthy Paws Insurance. Every claim that has been submitted to them has been looked at within 24 hours and I have had a check in my hand within a week or two at the most. The staff at Healthy Paws is incredible. After each surgery, they have checked in with me to see how my dog is doing. They care so much about the animals that are insured through them. If you don't have insurance for your dog yet, you should. It has been such a help for me when determining if I could afford to have the surgery my dog so needed. Between my vet and healthy paws, my dog is taken really care of. I love these guys!!!! I have recommended healthy paws to all my dog owner friends and every one has bought insurance from them.

Had a question regarding a claim and the customer care person was able to assist me to my complete and utter satisfaction. She was so nice and personally checked to make sure my recent claim came through. I've been so happy with Pets Best I even added a new pet I recently acquired.

Excellent Piece of Mind
I would recomend Healthy Paws to anyone looking to protect their pet. They are very quick with reimbursements, usually in less than 1 week. In fact, we receive confirmation emails of our claims being approved within a day of the office visit. Healthy Paws has given us the piece of mind that we can continue to care for our dog without having to think about whether we can afford it or not. It is a horrible feeling to have to think about whether you can save your pet due to cost. Healthy Paws has taken that away from us so we can concentrate on getting our puppy feeling better! The only problem I have is that I don't have a problem. They have covered me in the death of 2 pets and in the life of 2 more. I always get offers about other companies which I look into but I have yet to change from embrace.

Second Claim during a moving to CA. Everything went just perfect. Before I even had the chance to call Embrace - to let them know that I haven`t received my check. They called me, send me a new check. What a incredible service.I am very happy that I went to Embrace after comparing about 10 Quotes. Min Schnauzer 4+ yrs with stomachdistress diagnosed as gall bladder. Required rx food which I was surprised to learn was also covered at 50%. Trupanion paid 90% of ultra sound test, prescriptions and blood work. Have spread the word to my pet owner friends.

I was with another pet insurance company a few years ago with our last dog (who has now past on and had a very expensive and difficult passing). The coverage and company back then were terrible and I ended up not keeping it for more than a few months. Nothing was covered, submissions always seemed to be either too expensive or it was pre-existing, breed specific, etc. Anything to not have to pay me. Embrace has been amazing so far. I just got paid my first Wellness claim and it was fast and easy. I feel confident that I will not have to "go it alone" should my precious puppy need anything going forward. It's worth every penny I pay in premiums, even if it's just to avoid the hassle of other companies. Love Love Love Embrace!

Efficient service
We have received two checks from Embrace - each for immunizations. Luckily, we have had no illnesses or emergencies since enrolling our almost 2 year old Chinese Crested, Grace. My only concern addresses the exclusion that we were given when we made the decision to have an orthopedic exam done so that Grace could be covered immediately for any type of issue that she might develop. She had shown no orthopedic issues nor were we concerned. Our vet gave her a 1 point below perfect rating stating that she had luxating patellas. She said that she doubted we were ever have a problem with this, but being totally honest and thorough, she felt that was the most correct rating. We were disappointed to receive a letter stating that Grace would not be covered for any orthopedic problems in the future due to this rating. I appealed this decision stating that had we NOT had her tested and had waited for the time period with no problems she would be covered. My appeal was denied. I am not sure we will remain with Embrace after this year. The insurance is expensive if future major issues will not be covered.
