Great Decision!!
Great coverage. Worth every penny!!! Our puppy is only 1 year old and we have already been reimbursed more than $700 on her vet bills. That is more than 2 years worth of premiums. Best decision we have made for our dog!!

Superb and Fast Service!
My chihuahua mix, Darla, was hit by a car recently. Thankfully, she only suffered minor injuries. Of course we rushed her to an emergency vet considering the circumstances. With all of the tests they did it was around $600 at the end of treatment. I submitted the claim to Pet's Best and exactly a week later I was reimbursed. No issues, no problems, just fast and reliable service that I can count on. Thank you, Pet's Best!

A company that cares about you and your pet
I was already very happy with ASPCA insurance due to fair reimbursements in a timely manner. Then, I lost my dog to cancer. When I submitted the claims and requested cancellation of policy, I received two very nice cards and a phone call AND an email expressing sympathy. I was so impressed. Everything was processed smoothly for that last claim. I feel like there are real people who love animals there....CPU Don't recommend more highly.

Not Just a Number
I cannot say enough about the unsurpassed level of service I have received from Healthy Paws. I had pet insurance through another carrier when I first got my dog as a puppy. She would later be diagnosed with IBD, but her first year was rife with digestive issues that we couldn't seem to pin down. I became familiar with the way other insurance carriers may treat their customers. With Healthy Paws, I always receive a confirmation email that is from a real person, that I can actually talk to on the phone if necessary, written to me, referencing what my pet is experiencing, and always with well-wishes. They are professional, courteous, prompt and caring. And when my sweetest girl was diagnosed with an aggressive, inoperable cancer, Healthy Paws sent me personal emails just to check in to see how she was feeling. As chemotherapy is our only option to keep her as comfortable as she can be while we cherish all the time we can with her, I am thankful that we chose Healthy Paws to assure us that we can give her the best care possible. Their caring, personal touches go a long, long way--especially during the most sensitive times.

Satisfaction Guaranteed!
Trust me, I reviewed several insurance companies before settling on Pets Best and I have never regretted it! The same day my claim is faxed to the company, I get a response informing me that the claim has been received. That same day I get another message informing me that the claim has been processed! WOW!!! They could train insurance companies for us humans on rapid turnaround time! Times I have discussed matters with a representative have been very informative and helpful. It would be nice if the state of Maryland allowed benefits for referrals as I have referred Pets Best to several people through the years. This I do not understand...

Extremely Satisfied - Amazing Service!
I am beyond satisfied with Healthy Paws Pet Insurance. They're extremely efficient and process their claims very quickly. They were on top of all the paperwork from the get go, sending me repeated emails about information I needed to get to them to complete the claim process. While facing the stress of having a sick puppy it was very nice to not have to worry about my pet insurance. I also have to say they have THE BEST customer service. They follow up claims asking how your pet is doing and they respond within hours when you have questions.

Hassle free pet insurance
Our 10 year old Berner has been diagnosed with histeocitic cancer. The good news there are treatments that can slow down the progress of the disease, the bad news they are expensive. We have not filed a claim before so I was a little apprehensive about how this would go. I should not have been. The Embrace staff have been prompt and efficient. The checks have been paid out in record time. I'm so glad they are with us in this very difficult time.I strongly recommend them
