Fantastic
I submitted my claim for my Corso Lupa and before you know I received a email stating it was processed and a check is on the way. I highly recommend Embrace for anyone that has a pet. So much better than my prior insurance companies. Just so you know Embrace I will be adding my new pup in December. Thank you so much for your prompt and courteous service. One pleased customer.

As always, the response from the staff was courteous and professional. I had a difficult time faxing my claim, guess the machine is getting old, so after 2 tries, they suggested scanning and emailing the paper work. Success.I recommend Embrace to anyone that is seeking pet insurance. It is a worthwhile investment in a very important member of my family.

While the insurance doesn't cover everything, it is definitely worth having it. It helps give you peace of mind not having to worry about having to pay the whole bill. But most importantly, Amber is back to running around like a kitten and she is 16 years old!

Our dog was in for is wellness check up and shots. Couldn't be happier with how our claim was processed. It was fast, easy and the follow up was great. Customer service was wonderful. In 4 years of doing business you have always been a "10". Very attentive. Glad our dogs are insured with Embrace.

Denied Claim
We have had a very upsetting week. It started when our beloved chocolate lab, Riggs got sick. It ended with a denied claim for more then $2000 in medical expenses from Trupanion. We have had this policy with them for over 3 years. We have done everything right. They had no problem covering him and taking our money every month. The real problem was that they blind-sided us. I know you should never trust an insurance company, but I really believed they were different. If we had any warning at all that they were the same as any other big business, we could have come up with a payment plan at the vet or opened a credit card. We do not have extra money at the end of the month. But instead, we walked in there with all of our pennies in hand...thinking someone out there had our back. "Trupanion will have our back." But they didn't. They didn't even help with the diagnostic part of finding out what was wrong with our dog. Or the medications he needed during that time. Nothing. It makes me sick to think that we have been paying them over $100 a month on top of all the health bills we have. It makes me sad to think that we were taken advantage of by another big business. I have been doing a lot of research on their company and the CEO Darryl Rawlings. It seems he was featured in Fortune magazine and countless other entrepreneurial publications.
