Michael was great at answering my questions but I felt frustrated that my slightly older dog could not get any guarantees for what would or wouldn't be covered as falling under "pre-existing conditions".
Michael was great at answering my questions, but I felt frustrated that my slightly older dog could not get any guarantees for what would or wouldn't be covered as falling under "pre-existing conditions". I've chosen to enroll our new puppy, but the risk of not being covered for my 4 1/2 year old healthy dog seems greater than just investing that money into my own pet savings account. Disappointing that you can't offer reliable coverage for older dogs.
