ASPCA pet insurance provides peace of mind for us.
Toby, our collie mix, is a rescue who came to us at @ 5 years of age. We hav eno idea what his life was like before us but he has had stomach issues and skin problems since we got him. He has visited the vet on several occasions over the past 4 years for these problems and our insurance has been great -- prompt and always very nice and helpful representatives. We are happy to have this coverage.

Best Purchase My Family Made
No matter how I talk about Healthy Paws, I end up sounding like a cheesy commercial, but by the looks of other people's responses, Healthy Paws really is that good. My husband and I both grew up with very expensive dogs (read: they got in a LOT of accidents) so when we got our vizsla puppy, we knew we wanted insurance. And, boy are we glad we got it, because recently our little puppy swallowed a peach pit that required emergency surgery. Normally the price tag on the surgery would have caused some serious pull back from me, but knowing that we had high coverage through Healthy Paws. They did a fabulous job getting our claim sorted out, making sure we had all the right paperwork, and then we received our reimbursement check very quickly. The customer support team is also amazing,I even got an email asking me about how my dog was doing, which is so nice of them.

An insurance company with a heart!
There are plenty of other reviews that say this, but Healthy Paws is compassionate, hassle-free, and truly amazing to work with. You buy insurance for the peace of mind it gives you--so that you know if something happens and your best friend really needs veterinary care, you will never have to check your bank account before you take them in. My healthy, happy doggie has had a recent streak of expensive veterinary needs, and Healthy Paws has been there for us just like we thought they would be, no ifs ands or buts, no arbitrary limitations. Whether or not we used the insurance (and we hope we won't need to anymore), Healthy Paws would be worth every penny just so they could continue offering this service to other pet parents in need.

Best insurance out there!!!
I've been amazed at how professional and easy this company is to deal with. My rescue puppy has had all the problems a pup can deal with-giardia, coccidia, UTI and Embrace has us covered!!! What peace of mind! I picked them because they are one of the few insurances to cover hip or ligament problems and my dog is a lab mix. But here we are dealing with other issues, and still covered of course! I can't say enough good things about Embrace!!!

Could not be happier with Healthy Paws!
Almost all of us have personal health insurance. Why can't the process and people, that administer OUR health insurance be as caring and helpful as our dogs insurer is?Our registered Therapy Dog, Bentley, is a Cavachon, (Bichon and Cavalier mix) and is almost 4 years old. He was hit with gastro enteritis. After several trips to our vet, we are finally getting the problem under control. After getting all his Vet's records together (3 since he was born) the system worked perfectly. We researched Pet Insurance for a couple of weeks before deciding on Healthy Paws. That decision ranks in the top 10 we have made in over 40 rears of marriage. Thanks Healthy Paws!

Just the best!
They are the best!! AS soon as the vets sent the claims in healthy paws processed it that quick. Got my checks in less than a week! They even contacted me via email to see how my little girl was doing ....they also send emails when they receive the claim and give you the breakdown of what was paid and what you will be reimbursed! Such a great company and they really care about your pets!

Embrace never disappoints
My French Bulldog celebrated her fifth birthday by acquiring a skin infection around her eye that had not one, not two, but three components (bacteria, yeast and mites). Not surprisingly, this required multiple vet visits and prescriptions. As soon as I started filing claims, Embrace was (as they always have been in the past) prompt and diligent in processing them. I received frequent updates on the status of my claim, including an apology when the processing took longer than they had anticipated, and a full explanation of what my refunds were and why. There were no hassles or second-guessing. My veterinary clinic also loves working with Embrace. Very happy clients all around.

Amazing!
Our cat recently had an acute episode of pancreatitis. It took numerous vet visits before we could even figure out what was going on. A lot of blood work, IV therapy, and imaging later, we finally had the answer. Healthy Paws covered everything, no questions asked. They are extremely easy to work with. In general, they process claims extremely quickly -- within a few days. This time around, it took a bit longer, but due to the size of the claims (over $3,000), I can't blame them.
