Outstanding company in all respects
Our dog had a pre-existing condition which we feared would be used to deny a wide range of claims over the five years of coverage. Instead, Embrace was true to the policy conditions, outstanding in their handling of claims, very communicative during the process, and most sympathetic when our dog succumbed to cancer. Embrace sets a standard to which all insurance companies -- for pets or people -- should aspire.

What a pleasant surprise!
I wasn't sure about pet insurance but thought I had researched it well enough to make a good choice. Much to my surprise Embrace's reimburesements were fair and quite timely. Great company.

You can trust Healtht Paws
Our cat Jack got very sick where his chest cavity filled with fluid and pus. He only had a 50/50 chance of surviving. If we didn't have Healthy Paws, we couldn't have him cared for. His bill came to $8000 and there was no way we could have afforded it. Unfortunately, we had to pay for each visit and the week in the hospital and specialists. I didn't know how long it would take to reimburse us (90%), but within 5 days of submitting each bill, we got a check; a big relief.Jack is fine and we got 90% of our money back as promised. Great company!

We've had healthy paws for nearly a year now and they have also been prompt to review claims and mail out reimbursements. Additionally, every time I call, the customer service rep is courteous, friendly, and very helpful. We highly recommend this pet insurance!!!!

Switched to them and loving that decision
Several years ago, I used another insurance company. They were paying less and less. Pets Best Insurance has been brilliant! Very clear and exceptionally easy to understand. I filed the most recent claim for my dog's surgery on Jan. 7, and it was DONE by Jan. 10. With direct deposit for my reimbursements, the funds came more quickly than I could imagine. Our dog, Bessie, is six years old now. We have had ASPCA pet insurance since she was a puppy and that decision was one of the best we've made. She is a very active dog and in the past two years has required TPLO surgery on both knees. Without this insurance I'm not sure we could have managed the expense. Now she is back to her old self and we can still afford to feed her thanks to the benefits we received. :)

I HAVE TWO CHIHUAHUA'S INSURED BY HEALTHY PAWS. SINCE I HAVE BEEN WITH THEM IT HAS BEEN A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE. THEY ARE MOST CARING AND SETTLE CLAIMS SUPER FAST. THEY MAKE YOU FEEL LIKE A FAMILY TO BE WITH. SINCE I HAVE MY DOGS THEY WHERE HEALTHY BUT TIME CATCHES UP WITH ALL OF US. MY ONE DOG SUFFERED HEARTWORM AND WAS SAVED AND RECENTLY MY OTHER DOGS LEG KEPT POPPING OUT OF ITS JOINT AND HAD SURGERY. THE COST OF THE LEG SURGERY ALONE WAS OVER $1,600 THE PLAN PAID AT 90% LESS MY DEDUCTABLE AND THE INITIAL DOCTORS VISIT. I PAY FOR A $50 DEDUCTABLE PROGRAM PAYING 90% AND IS MOST HAPPY. IT IS COSTLY BUT WHEN THE CHIPS ARE DOWN I'M SO GLAD I HAVE HEALTHY PAWS. THEY DO NOT COVER NORMAL DOCTORS VISITS OR PREVENTIVE CARE. SOME DAY I WISH THEY WOULD START A ADD ON PROGRAM THAT INCLUDES THIS ALSO. IF YOU LOVE YOUR PETS AND WANT GREAT COVERAGE FOR HOSPITALIZATION,OPERATIONS,MEDICINES THIS IS THE COMPANY FOR YOU.

Claim handled quickly
I have a goldendoodle puppy. She was diagnosed with a UTI at about 3 months old. Her claim was processed very quickly and it was very easy - I just had the vet sign the claim form and make a copy of her records and invoice and faxed everything in. The claim was covered at 90%.
