I am a satisfied customer.
Our dog was recently diagnosed with diabetes. So far, all of our claims have been handled professionally, and courteously by Embrace staff. We haven't used up our deductible yet so I can't comment on reimbursement.

Excellent customer service. My dealings with the people at Healthy Paws Pet Insurance have been straightforward and easy. They processed my claim in record time. Zero hassles. They covered everything they said they would cover and I had a reimbursement check within one week of submitting all the required paperwork. I can't believe I found a company that does what they say they will do. And in a polite and kind way. They even sent a follow up e-mail after the claim was processed to ask how my dog was doing. I recommend Healthy Paws Pet Insurance with no reservations.

My baby was taken care of
Trey is a curious English Springer Spaniel, his curiosity got the better of him when he decided slug bait looked like a tasty treat. He ate several portions and shortly there after had a hard time breathing and had involuntary spasms. We got him to an emergency vet clinic, where he was taken care. The anxiety of the cost of the visit and care there after was lessened by the fact that Healthy Paws Insurance would cover the cost of the incident. Healthy Paws processed the claim, sent our reimbursement check and actually followed up to check on his condition. It was a easy experience to file the claim and it was handled professionally and quickly,

Very happy about first experiences w/Embrace
The Embrace telephone reps were super helpful and didn't push too hard when we first signed up. The company's communications since then have all been clear and straight-forward. I've also found the web site user-friendly. No unfortunate surprises. They processed our first claim quickly, without hassle. So far, so good, Team Embrace!

Outstanding company in all respects
Our dog had a pre-existing condition which we feared would be used to deny a wide range of claims over the five years of coverage. Instead, Embrace was true to the policy conditions, outstanding in their handling of claims, very communicative during the process, and most sympathetic when our dog succumbed to cancer. Embrace sets a standard to which all insurance companies -- for pets or people -- should aspire.

You can trust Healtht Paws
Our cat Jack got very sick where his chest cavity filled with fluid and pus. He only had a 50/50 chance of surviving. If we didn't have Healthy Paws, we couldn't have him cared for. His bill came to $8000 and there was no way we could have afforded it. Unfortunately, we had to pay for each visit and the week in the hospital and specialists. I didn't know how long it would take to reimburse us (90%), but within 5 days of submitting each bill, we got a check; a big relief.Jack is fine and we got 90% of our money back as promised. Great company!
