I took out pet insurance when I got my new puppy. I took out a policy that had a $50.00 deductible per claim. I have only had one claim to date and it did not qualify for reimbursement as the claim was not over the regular office visit. My total premium with tax is $64.00 per month. It seems like a lot of money but I know there will be a time when I will need this policy. I think of it as less than a take out coffee per day. Instead of paying a huge Vet bill when I will need it, I am paying is slowly over time. It is a lot less painful to pay $2.00 a day than a bill that could bankrupt you. Yes we will do anything for our beloved companions!!

Our dog, Molly, was experiencing laboured breathing caused by a foreign object in her lung. The condition required an emergency lobectomy. Trupanion honoured the claim and we received payment in less than 10 days. We have and will continue to recommend Trupanion to our friends.

Best Purchase I ever made!
We purchased Pet Insurance for the first time in 01/2012. BEST Decision/Purchase we ever Made! I researched other Insurances but found that the wording used in their Policies left ample 'wiggle' room to decline coverage for many things. Whereas, EMBRACE INSURANCE was very straightforward, honest, and clear about what is covered, what isnt, etc.. Our bulldog is young, very curious and rather clumsy. Without Embrace Insurance, I dont know what we would've done. I have numerous co-workers who have heard my stories about 'the most recent Vet visit' of the week/month'. I additionally explain about our Pet Insurance, and (of course), many of them ask for a brochure, or website, etc.. We ABSOLUTELY intend on keeping this Insurance company for Every pet for the rest of our lives. We are exceptionally pleased with Embrace in every aspect. Paws Up for Healthy Paws
For some reason my review didn't post when I first submitted it, so I'm trying again. Last month my dog tore her ACL, resulting in surgery and both physical therapy and hydrotherapy, which are still ongoing. She's been insured with Healthy Paws since she was two years old (she's five-and-a-half now), and I can't even begin to describe the peace of mind that brought me when I needed it most. It was so wonderful, at a time when I was in shock and worried about my girl's future, to be able to tell my vet "Whatever she needs, do it." My claims have been paid with incredible promptness, and they even e-mailed me after her surgery to ask how she was doing. I've raved about them so much that my vet's office has now begun recommending Healthy Paws to their clients after seeing problems with so many other insurers. Any future dogs I ever own will be Healthy Paws dogs.

Love love love the claims pre-approving
I was so glad that in under five minutes, while in the exam room at the vet, I was able to find out exactly what Pets Best would and wouldn't cover. We knew exactly what to expect before we had to file any claims so we weren't disappointed later. The customer service rep was friendly and helpful, and offered information about the Wellness Plan and how to add another authorizer on our account. Thank you Pets Best Insurance!

Great caring response.
Our dog, Mickey, scratched his eye and it was watering and tearing constantly. The vet treated him several time and finally cured the scratch on his cornea. The claim we filed was handled quickly and efficiently. Thank you ASPCA Insurance.
