My initial experience
I reviewed various options for pet insurance and settled on Embrace because of the wide coverage and the fact that they take puppies and cover wellness care. So far I am frankly very impressed. Within 48 hrs of signing up my new puppy had his required exam which I have already been informed has been reimbursed (only a few days later)and then the puppy became ill and had to be taken back to the vet... and again this was promptly covered. However what really pleased me was the totally personal response to my email questions and the caring attitude of the responding staff. Even though they must have many emails each day my response was personal and not the usual computer generated note I am used to from health insurance companies. I am very pleased I signed on.

Im not really the type of person to review anything although I have a yelp account, amazon, nike, nordstroms and others but I would definitely recommend Healthy Paws insurance. Customer service is very easy and they always respond with a quickness. I've recommended Healthy Paws to several of my friends already.

Great Company
The follow up on claims is excellent. Never gave pet insurance much thought. My vet as well recommended Embrace, and we are very happy to have insurance for the 2 dogs. I highly recommend Embrace to friends that have recently acquired a new pet or are thinking of getting one.

Great experience while having to deal with a sick
I started with Healthy Paws after my 5 month old puppy swallowed a sock that got caught in his intestines. Since then we have had a few medical issues and Healthy Paws has been amazing. They have personal service and make it as easy as possible to focus on taking care of your pet while they work on your claim. They have a caring team who has checked up on my dogs progress often. Healthy Paws understand that your focus should be on getting your pet better. I tell all my pet loving friends that Healthy Paws is the way to go. I just received my reimbursement check for my first 2 claims and I couldn't believe how easy they made it.

Excellent service with ASPCA Insurance
I purchased ASPCA Insurance for my new Blk Lab Puppy in hope that I would never need. During running exercise he tore his ACL and was operated on in July. I submitted the claim for approximately $4,000.00 dollars and within teo weeks received a check for 3100.00 reimbursement. I can see enough about the customer service and their prompt payment of the claim. If you have a new puppy, get this insurance, I had zero issues with ASPCA, they are great!

Healthy pawsGreat coverage fast claims processing
We have 2 young boxers who have had a chewing problem like most puppies. Unfortunately for us they also decided to swallow what they were chewing on and each ending up having to full open small bowel surgery with resection due to the foreign objects lacerating their small intestines and causing bleeding. Healthy paws was there with us every step of the way and even sent us emails checking in. Great insurance with fair rates and an expedited claims process.
