Very satisfied
I had just purchased peta best insurance and two weeks later my 5 year old dog got a laceration while at doggie day care. I had absolutely no issues with filing the claim, in fact it was super easy. Within about seven days I had the money in my bank! When I called to check on the claim they asked how Aries (my dog) was doing. Every time I have spoken with them they have been completely professional, caring and polite. I am sure if someone has had a negative experience it is because they did not do something proper or they are trying to get something paid for that is obviously not covered. Anyways, just wanted to say how greatful I to have my pups covered. I know that their health will be well taken care of! Thanks!

Phenomenal Benefits, Outstanding Service
I am very thankful to have this insurance and I have recommended it to others. I selected this insurance in 2010, as the company I work for brokers this insurance plan. I never used it until recently when my dog was diagnosed with Intervertebral Disk Disease. Upon exploring the benefits of this amazing policy I discovered that alternative therapies are covered such as Acupuncture,Hydrotherapy, and Chiropractic services. Shortie has been seeing a wonderful Vet, Rebecca Fraser, who has an acupuncture practice as well. (www.fraservetacupuncture.com) The treatments have made all the difference in the world and the prompt turn around time for reimbursement by Healthy Paws for each claim submitted has been remarkable, it has not impacted my budget at all. I am very pleased and satisfied with my Pet Insurance choice and the fact that my dog is feeling like a dog again. Thank you Healthy Paws!

Look No Further for Pet Insurance!
I could not be happier with Healthy Paws. I work at an Animal Hospital and deal with all insurance companies on a daily basis. By far, Healthy Paws is the best. They are friendly,efficient, and hassle-free. One of my pets has been ill for the past few weeks and my wallet was getting thinner by the minute. Thanks to Healthy Paws, they processed my claims within a 24 hour period and I received my reimbursement in no time! Caring Company with generous insurance.
My Tibetian Terrior ate something. After explatory survey and emergency vet bills only haveing been enrolled for three months Trulanion paid their portion. They kept me up to date every couple days about the standing of my claim via email. I have not made a single call. Their emails alway start with nice thoughts like " aren't pets amazing.." Or " we are so glad your taking care of Bentley..." I am Shocked at the amount of positive contact I am receiving from this company.

Pets Best ALWAYS does the right thing!
My beloved Australian Shepherd mix, Taz, passed on at age 15. I was distraught and devastated for months. I forgot to file the claims for all the medical visits and procedures from the last year of her life and missed the 6 month filing window on a few of the claims. I called and explained the situation, and the representative was very sympathetic and was able to waive the time limit so I could submit the claims. I also got a sympathy card in the mail from Pet's Best.

I appreciate the coverage
My claims do get paid! But I find that they consistently are slow to get it done. I have had several letters telling me "we'll get it done, sorry, this is not like Embrace!" Well, apparently it is, since I get these letters every time. My dog has been in multiple times for blood and stool work ups, so although it's not one big claim, they're adding up, and I need my refunds.

The best Customer Service Reps in the industry
Sharon V. is an extraordinary customer service representative. She was helpful, professional and incredibly personable.Unfortunately my policy expired but I do hope to be a Pets Best customer in the near future primarily due to her. How refreshing to have a wonderful human being on the end of a customer service line. I was truly impressed by Pets Best and would not recommend any other Pet Insurance to my friends.

Superior Service!!
I have had Trupanion for about 9 months. I have had several claims already. Trupanion sends an email as soon as the claim is received, another once it's being reviewed, and another with the results of the review. They detail the coverage and the payment. I have a zero deductible so I pay the vet visit then 10%. That has been the case with each claim, no surprises. Truly a professionally run business, allowing you to worry about what you need to worry about. My veterinarian has been working with Trupanion for some time, and highly recommended them. I consider my veterinarian very knowledgeable about insurance. They see the coverage from different companies. The doctor carries it for her pets, and so do the office managers and vet techs. I do dog rescue for a non-profit organization so my concern for my own personal pets is very important. I have seen families that can't afford to care for their pets due to health issues. I don't ever want to have to make that kind of decision. I have had other pet insurance coverage, and I am not running anyone down but I have been very pleased with Trupanion. I recently had an emergency vet visit. I was there for around 14 hours. On arrival I gave them my pet insurance information. There were no issues and I wasn't required to be put down a 50% deposit. Others without insurance were required to put a 50% deposit down before their pet could be treated. That day I watched many owners leave in tears due to losing their
