Even though there was confusion on my part about my let's records Trupanion took care of our needs and continued to find answers for us.

Healthy Paws - best investment I ever made
About a year ago, I decided it was time to finally get pet insurance for my 5 yr old, 75lb lab/shepherd mix, Willy. A friend told me about Healthy Paws, and their reviews and prices looked good to me. Fast forward one year, and poor ol' Willy has torn a ligament in his rear left leg. Having our Healthy Paws insurance took away all the anxiety of having to even have a discussion about whether or not we'd be able to afford the nearly $5000 of treatments he needed. That was 3 weeks ago, and I received my reimbursement from Healthy Paws last week! That's 2 weeks it took them to get me my money back! I believe they actually had the claim processed within a day or two. And there have been at least a couple of emails from their claims manager just checking in, and seeing how Willy is doing.I don't often review services like this, but that's because I'm not usually inspired by such exceptional service. I honestly can't recommend Healthy Paws enough. I've already gotten a few different friends to sign up!

Brooke can go back to doing her "therapy job" now.
Brooke is a therapy dog, part chow, part ??? She tore her cranial cruciate ligament in her right knee while playing. Surgery has corrected and problem with a lot of home TLC and much help from our insurance. This is a common accident with dogs and there is a limit on the amount of the insurance payment, but what a big help it was!!! We love our pets and do our best for them. We are so pleased with how our claims have been handled for Brooke, and also for her pup, by ASPCA Pet Insurance. Thank you!!!

Healthy Paws is EXCELLENT!
Healthy Paws is excellent! I cannot imagine not having this care/service for my cat. I was referred by a co-worker and am thrilled that I secured a policy on my sweet little rescue cat. Healthy Paws is so quick to process any of her claims and they also have the nicest customer service of ANY company I can recall! I wish Healthy Paws had insurance for people too! I cannot say enough wonderful things about Healthy Paws- they have been excellent since day 1!

A Company that CARES
I was recommended Healthy Paws for my first pet by my vet. Unfortunately I did not get it right when he came home as it took about 10 months before I decided to go with Healthy Paws. I am so glad that I am now a member and they insure my French Bulldog, Henry. They are super responsive for when I submit a claim within 1-2 days or less do they review and handle my claim. Recently Henry had multiple claims within a week of each other and Jen, the Customer Care & Claims Mgr reached out to me via email to check if Henry was doing okay since they had seen many claims. Why doesn't a human insurance company do something like this? I was so taken by surprise how much that Healthy Paws CARES about its customers and insured pets. I am really impressed with their customer service and just overall business model. I have highly recommended Healthy Paws to new pet owners and existing owners too.

Best pet insurance!Wish I had more pets to sign up
After thoroughly researching all the pet insurance companies out there I'm glad I settled with Embrace. My dog had exploratory surgery a few months ago that cost me $3700. Not only was I reimbursed a good amount of that bill($2800) but they even emailed me weeks after his surgery to see how he was doing. This is good insurance that will save you money, and a company that has great customer service. I love that once you submit a claim, you get emails periodically letting you know they are working on it, or if its next in line. Please do your pets a favor and get them Embrace!

Great Service and Insurance
We were very privileged to afford pet insurance for our Tyson. With out, we would have not been able to provide the care he needed when it was needed. The only issue we have was how the deductible were increased very rapidly with little or no explanation. This was very frustrating and not appreciated. The premium and deductible should rename at the same level when we started and continue for the life of the pet. Just like people.
