Happy with our pets coverage
We have had pet insurance with Many Pets for several years and filed a couple of claims. Their prices and coverage are very competitive with the market. They have been very responsive and keep you updated on the progress as the claim is reviewed. We are very happy with our pets coverage.

They charged my account for 3 months even though I cancelled it the day after I started because I found somewhere cheaper They refuse to help me and won’t give me my money back!!! STAY AWAY!!!

They increase your dog's monthly fee each year by an outrageous amount!
Absolutely unbelievable how much they raise the monthly fees each year. I just got an email notifying me that my monthly fee for my dog is increasing from $79.59 to $101.56, all because they found that "the average cost and use of veterinary care in my area has increased". This is insane. And the best part.. they have the nerve to write in the SAME email: "Trupanion is unique in that we never increase your monthly cost because you’ve submitted an invoice or because your pet ages." Yet, all they do is raise my monthly fee by an OUTRAGEOUS amount each year, with a pitiful excuse. DO NOT FALL FOR IT! I've put up with these unfair price increases for about 5 years now, and I've had enough. I'm going to end my membership and take my business elsewhere. It's beyond me how they can treat their customers so poorly.

This was the 4th call
This was the 4th call - the other 3 times we were told they would call back, and never did. Even on this call, it took 45 minutes to do 5-10 minutes of work. Not efficient at all.
