Rock Eater
Our sweet dog loved to eat rocks her first 2 years. This resulted in 3 rock removal surgeries to save her life. This last surgery we thought she ate something again, however, this time her intestines had twisted into a knot and she had to have about a foot of intestine removed. Trupanion is the only reason she is still alive. There is no way we could've afforded these surgeries which have ranged from $2500-3000. I'm so glad I insured her. My boys are too. I have been very impressed with how quickly our claims have been taken care of. I've never had to wait longer than 3 weeks. Thank you so much.

Best Company Ever!!
Pets Best is worth every penny! When my family got our beautiful bulldog Molly, I made sure to get insurance. Every time I have called I encountered the friendliest, most helpful customer reps around. My claims get filed immediately and without question. I tell my friends that my pet insurance carrier is WAY better than any "human" company. I highly recommended Pets Best!!!!!

Diamond's ear
Diamond is our fourteen yesr old Bichon Frise. She got a foxtail in her ear - we got her to the vet immediately after noticing her shaking her head and whining (more than usual!). The fox tail was removed but not before an infection set in - this small incident ended up being a six month search to find the cause of her ear discomfort. Long story short, we got to the root of her problem and she is fine now - ASPCA insurance was with us all the way - with their great service and prompt processing of our claims.

Always a great experience with Trupanion
We have been with trupanion for 3 years since our dog was about 3 months old. They provided us peace of mind whenever he visits the vet. Excellent and prompt claim service. Definitely one of the best.

Trupanion are very fair and very prompt with their dealing with a claim. I am totally impressed with them after having experienced poor coverage from an alternative pet insurance company who basically penalized you for every claim made and whose monthly premiums were higher!!!!!

Fine print & slimy business tactics
WE received a trial certificate from the rescue we bought our dog at. We started the trial when we took our dog to the vet a few days later. They put that bill towards our deductible. Now they've "decided" that that will not count because we didn't start the trial 24 hours after getting the trial. now they said that the condition our dog has had since that first vet visit counts as a pre-existing condition and won't pay anything towards it in the future. Complete and utter BS. DON'T GET TRUPANION, THEY ARE SHADY CHEATERS

Great pet insurance
My German Shepherd was progressively getting weaker in her hind legs, due to arthritic changes in the spine. I have run through the line-up of supplements and pain meds, and now she receives regular acupucture therapy - and it is really effective. She is actually putting back on some muscle mass and is running around like a puppy again!It would be difficult for me to pay for the weekly treatments without my Embrace insurance. The Embrace claims process is efficient and all of their claims examiners have been pleasant to deal with. I would highly recommend Embrace insurance.

This company has been just like good human insurance. They do what they say their going to do. The biggest down side is the increases. But the so has human insurance. You can always pick and choose options to lower the cost.
