Embrace is a fabulous insurance for my dogs
Embrace responded very quickly via email and explained exactly what I needed to submit in order for my claim to be processed. I am getting about a 40% reimbursement and appreciate it. I was with another company many years back, and I never was reimbursed for anything. I was not sure why I had insurance. Embrace has renewed my faith in pet insurance.

Very happy with Trupanion for handling my Dog's claim. Sent the forms and invoices. In 2 days I received the email about confirmation and within a week the claim was processed.The cheque took longer than expected. Hopefully the premium will not go up due to the claim..will see.

So happy I chose Healthy Paws for Charlie's pet in
I got my lab mix, Charlie, in the summer of 2011 and started looking for some pet insurance. I did a lot of research into the various pet insurances and came across Healthy Paws. I have been more than happy with the plan I have chosen and the service I have received! I have put in a couple of claims and have been very very happy with the excellent customer service and how quickly my claims were handled. I highly recommend Healthy Paws.

claim experience positive but slowing processing
I have been a great fan of embrace. The staff are lively, the claim process easy and transparent and I like the 80% of billed services rather than a specified coverage amount. However my experience with recent claims have been that they have been processed and reimbursed much slower than in the past. The most recent conversation I had with the staff indicated that this was because they were very busy and were training new staff but I think they should be held to a standard of a quicker response time
