I highly recommend Healthy Paws. I had just signed up when shortly afterwards my yellow lab, Haddie, tore her knee ligament and destroyed her meniscus. Healthy Paws did not hesitate to cover the cost of her surgery and all costs affiliated with it! Repayment was swift. Thanks

Did I really only pay $35 on a total kitten plan?
Yes I did. The original cost was $235, and after Embrace processed our wellness claim for my little cat, I had only spent $35. I am extremely pleased with Embrace. As an added plus, when I was deciding which company to go with for pet insurance, the Embracers were more than happy to answer every single one of my questions (no matter how silly or hypothetical). They didn't even mind when I called back after two minutes because I had thought of a new question!

Excellent customer service. I literally had just renewed my one month free trial for my pup only days before her accident. Trupanion kept in constant contact throughout the process and never questioned the claim even though I had only started to pay my premiums as a new customer. I will certainly be a customer for the life of my dog.

worth every penny
Our dog, Lilly, had to have a mass removed from her abdomen after 2 vets could not say exactly what it was. Luckily, it turned out to be a benign growth and she is totally recovered and back to her normal self. I called Healthy Paws about the claim and spoke to a very nice and helpful representative who was able to tell me that they had not received the claim from the vet at that point. After I called the vet to remind them to send in the claim, I received a check for the surgery within a week. They have always been friendly and courteous and prompt in handling any questions or claims.
