The usual turn around time on a claim is two weeks or less. The last pair of claims did take longer than normal, however, I was up to date during the process . I the year I have had Embrace no claim was denied. Thanks!

Love love love
I've had Trupanion for about 5 years now and they are truly the best. Every time I submit a claim it always gets processed super fast and I get the money in no time. They were also the only pet insurance company that would even cover my senior dog. Thier rates are always affordable and their coverage is the best in the business, trust me I did my research. It's very reassuring to know that my baby boy is protected and that I'll never have to worry about his health and money. Thanks Trupanion.

Best thing I ever did was buy insurance from Pets Best Insurance. I only wish I had known about them sooner--it would have helped me so much. If you don't think it makes sense to insure your cat, you're wrong. Don't wait!

Saved our little puppy's life!
My partner Greg and I started to freak out when our little Diogi, who was a was only a year old, almost died from Inflammatory Bowel Disease and a protein disorder. How could she get so sick so fast? She was having issues retaining her plasma, She ended up needing a transfusion, long term recovery and lifelong meds. Between VCA Rancho Mirage and Pets Best, all our financial issues were resolved quite quickly and Diogi got the best care possible. For roughly $60.00 monthly, the peace of mind is worth every penny. A heartfelt "thank you" goes out to everyone at Pets Best and VCA Rancho Mirage for saving our dogs life. It's our belief that if not for Pets Best and VCA, our puppy would not be here today.

There for us in a very difficult time
When our dog almost died a month ago, the last thing we wanted to worry about was the vet bills piling up. It took all our time and energy just taking care of an old and sick animal. Healthy Paws has a very straight forward claims submission process. Since they are popular, many of the Vets are already familiar with them and offered to submit our claim for us. I expected the reimbursement to take months, but they mailed a check out within the week!

Care for your pet
My cat, Bella, was not well and what started as an ultra-sound ended up in surgery for a tumor (cancer) and further treatment for intestinal issues. I would not have been able to afford the treatment if it was not for Healthy Paws. Yes, I paid for the things they do not cover, but they paid for a big chunk of all the treatments. Glad to say that Bella is recovering nicely! :)

Excellent Caring Service
My little Havanese recently went to our vet to receive medical treatment for an illness and was provided excellent service. The excellence continued with our pet insurer, Healthy Paws. Not only did they turn our claim around in one week's time, they followed up with us to see how our puppy was doing! My husband and I are thrilled with our experience with Healthy Paws and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for pet insurance.

Trupanion Saved Yumi's Life - Twice in 17 Days!
Our yellow Lab Yumi is only six years old and a cancer surviver. During her cancer treatment I was advised to buy pet insurance from Trupanion, even though the cancer treatments would not be covered. I almost didn't, figuring what good would it do to have another bill to pay during this difficult time? What else could possibly go wrong? Well, I am so thankful I did, because seven or so months after I enrolled her, she was cancer free but had an unrelated and very sudden and very severe attack of pancreatitis. Despite having the best care available to her, Yumi was given only a 50/50 chance of survival the night she was admitted to a level 2 ICU at the vet hospital. She spent five nights there, was discharged, but returned to ICU less than three weeks later with a relapse for three more nights of care. Trupanion made her treatments possible. Without Trupanion her care would have been prohibitively expensive and I shudder to think what our alternative would have been with her is such agony for so long. Trupanion's assistance allowed her to have the life saving plasma and other specialty transfusions she desperately needed, along with routine supportive care and close monitoring, without which she very well may have died.
